We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. Wir hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, was sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die etwas außerhalb liegende Lage ist das einzige das man aussetzen könnte, aber die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus und die Gesamtanlage mit Sauna Nutzung etc. hat es mehr als ausgeglichen! Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar! Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft!

Skvělé ubytování. Po celou dobu perfektní komunikace s velmi přátelskou atmosférou. Ubytování bylo dokonale čisté. Poblíž v dojezdu do 10min jsou restaurace a možnost si nakoupit. Majitelka umožňuje soukromý vstup k vodě což je perfektní. Místo je skvělý výchozí bod jak pro pěší výlety tak pro výlety autem. Není nic co bychom vytkli. Rozhodně doporučuji ubytování.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Helga et Herbert. Le logement est confortable, spacieux, très propre, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Il y a également tout le nécessaire, si besoin, pour un bébé (avec des animaux à proximité !). L’environnement est paisible avec des randonnées accessibles au pied du logement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Helga qui a été attentionnée et disponible. Les plats proposés à l’auberge sont délicieux. Nous remercions Helga et Herbert pour leur accueil.
