We stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. The location is ideal for exploring the main sights in Hanoi — everything was either within walking distance or a short ride away. The apartment was equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and the added bonus was having a washer and dryer, which came in super handy. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and helpful. They also arranged airport pick-up and drop-off at a competitive price, which made things really convenient. Highly recommended!

Probobky the best equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed at. From laundry detergent to salt and pepper. I didn't have to go and buy anything. The location is about 20 min drive from the city center which is perfect because you get real local prices and taste at the many local restaurants and coffee shops. There is a gym nearby with lovely staff also. The area is quiet considering it is an area still under construction. I slept well and had no problems at all. The host is also very kind and friendly. 10/10

The location is within walking distance or a short Grab ride of Hoan Kiem Lake. The apartment is spacious, well appointed with everything you need for an overnight or extended stay. Hannah is a very gracious host and always available to help. I would happily stay there again if I'm in Hanoi.

Fantastic stay with super friendly staff and responsive host. The best part about it was that couch and pillows linens had just been recently cleaned, which adds to the great cleaning job done. Bed is comfortable with a nice thick sheet and good Air conditioning unit. Keep in mind there is no elavtor so you will have to carry luggage up 3 or 4 floors.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb located just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake! The location couldn't be more perfect — right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, surrounded by delicious food, vibrant cafes, and local shops. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a cozy retreat from the bustling city outside. I especially loved the small balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the city wake up. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like local guidebooks, complimentary tea, and fast Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi — whether you're here for sightseeing, food adventures, or simply soaking in the culture. I will definitely come back next time!

Really lovely apartment and host communicated to well and gave so much information. Location was about 20 minute walk to the old quarter and the road was pretty noisy at night

The room is clean, airy , nice and quiet, fully furnished, the surrounding people are friendly and kind. It means good and enthusiastic host. The large,open entrance is a plus. The shops are around a lot, I will come back here

Place is really nice, probably I’ve had the easiest checkin ever :) Location is convenient ( you have a shopping centre, couple of cafes nearby ) and a famous train street in walk distance as well! *just be ready to walk up and down stairs a lot :) and don’t forget to checkout the rooftop

I am a writer. I've been on the road around the world for 9 months. This is the best place I've stayed. Heads up, Digital Nomads. The office area is superb. Well lit during the day with natural lighting from the balcony off the office area, which provides a breeze, and no-glare light at night. Like hot showers? Tepid water that lasts 3 minutes has been my big beef while traveling. Plenty of storage for my mountain of photographic gear. Perfect location. A washer AND a dryer! Chau, Chin's wife, doesn't speak much English, but she communicated with treats she brought me from time to time and pats on the back. Chin An spent was the director of some of the largest hotels in Vietnam. Take a moment when you come to look at his awards. He drove the project to create the first environmentally healthy hotel in the chain. Both have a great sense of humor. When their friends come, I can hear them laughing downstairs. Happiness matters a lot in an environment. Great place to work, lovely people.

Alex is a wonderful host—she was incredibly responsive from the moment we reached out and stayed attentive throughout our stay. She went the extra mile by leaving us milk in the fridge and a thoughtful list of local recommendations. Most of all, we’re truly grateful for her kindness and support when we ran into a bit of a problem during our trip—thank you so much again, Alex! The unit itself is in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed—and it was just the right size for our group of five. Having a washing and drying machine was a big plus, especially for a longer stay. That said, the unit could benefit from a more thorough cleaning and updated photos for accuracy. Overall, we had a lovely time and truly appreciated Alex’s hospitality!

Amazing huose. I love the kitchen and the balcony. The bathroom has a big mirror. I can buy anything during my trip into the suppermarket at the first floor in the building. The are many food street here. Host help you much. She is really nice. I recomment this home. Thanks

Hoang's place is in an excellent location! It's just a short walk to lots of food vendors and a shopping mall, and it's also pretty close to many tourist attractions. The place has everything a traveler might need, and it’s super clean. Check-in was super flexible too—no issues even though we arrived late in the evening. Overall, it’s absolutely worth the money, and I highly recommend it!

The house is clean and the host staff is friendly. It was a pity that we couldn't use the rooftop because it rained a lot when we used it. I want to use it again next time. If you come to Hanoi, I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location of the accommodation (Google Maps) is wrong by pressing “Locate” through Airbnb, so I stayed in the wrong place for a long time. Please ask the host for the address by message (street name)! The host is really nice and the message was responsive. The interior of the house is beautiful, and it was spacious for the two of us, but it was spacious and it was nice to have a lot of restaurants nearby.

I am very happy with my stay at Nong Lee’s house. He is extremely friendly and responds very quickly. The flat is clean, and the location is very convenient for shopping and enjoying gourmet food. We will definitely stay at his flat again when we visit Hanoi.

The location is fantastic—right in a quiet, calm street, yet very convenient (park, lakes, good coffee and food shops in walking distance) At first, I was a bit hesitant because the price was higher than average, but after experiencing it, I can say it was absolutely worth it. The service was top-notch, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. What stood out the most was how spotless and new everything was. The interior design and facilities were of the highest quality, giving the entire apartment a luxurious 5-star feel. If you’re looking for a place with great service, a perfect location, and exceptional comfort, this is the one! Highly recommended!
