Perfect villa for group family trip. Well- equipped kitchen & living room

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—she picked us up from the bus station, let us rent a motorbike directly from her, cooked rice for us, and even helped with our laundry. She is incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcome. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped with everything you might need, and very comfortable for remote work. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay with a wonderful host!

We had a great stay on the Island of Cat Ba. The accommodation had everything we needed to be comfortable including a washing machine which was helpful when travelling light. Minh provided lots of information on what was available to us on the island. The previous guests left early so my husband and grandson were able to get in early. They arrived around 8:30 am after a 12 hour bus ride from the Northern part of Vietnam so they really appreciated getting early admittance. The home was very colourful and had a front veranda which was a perfect place to unwind after a day of activity. My husband appreciated being able to rent a motorcycle at the homestead which made our stay even more enjoyable, as we were able to get around the island on our own. The AirBnB is off the beaten path but not far from the waterfront. There was ample space for several guests and I would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. Good place to stay for anyone visiting Hai Phong. It’s a bit further out from the city but not much. Other than that everything was great. Quick communication and fast check in.

Clean, well-kept, spqcious room with comfy bed and nice, hot shower! The little kitchen and windows providing air flow are also really nice.

Lavender is an incredible host -- very responsive and was able to arrange all sorts of services for us, including taxis, private chef, grocery delivery, etc. She also set up amazing Ha Long Bay cruise and Hanoi Jeep Tours, for great prices. The house actually matches the photos. The air conditioning works well and the pool is incredible. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. TV and Sound System all worked great for karaoke as well!

Good location (in town), near the beach. Host is very friendly, he can suggest you where to go, what to eat. You can have bbq dinner + beers in the place, recommended for group 10-15 ppl

Super freundlich. Sehr hilfsbereit. Check-In mitten in der Nacht hat super geklappt. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Leider ist Ha Long sehr ruhig mit wenig Restaurants. Noch nicht auf Touristen ausgelegt. Eher für Tagesausflüge glaube ich. Etwas abseits. Circa 20 min Fußweg bis es etwas belebter wird.

The Airbnb is as good as it looks, we had such an amazing time over 4 nights. There are several social areas both on the top floor in the kitchen and lounges with comfortable sofas. Our group are still talking about how good the showers are. The beds were really comfortable too. We spent my birthday in the Airbnb and when Dao on reception found this out, she organised a cake and delivered it to us. Dao was incredibly helpful during the stay, she helped us to book transfers to and from Hanoi along with a day trip boat tour around Ha Long Bay. We had an amazing time and Dao very much helped this. We 100% recommend staying here.
