Our short vacation with Rainer and his family was very pleasant! We felt very welcome. The farm is lovingly maintained, we were able to move freely throughout the area. The apartment is really big and well equipped, even for our little daughter (11M) everything was there. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a very nice and quiet stay with six adults and a dog at the property. The wooden house is really very nice, new and well equipped. We particularly liked the open kitchen and the living room, as well as the small private garden. The surrounding area is a residential area with no great opportunities for activities. This was more than suitable for us, as we wanted to spend time together. Smaller walks are possible, the public transport connection to Hanover is ok. The shopping directly across the street probably still closed until the end of 2025, so it makes sense to use a car for shopping in the next town. The house is quite audible due to its construction, which is no problem if all guests have a similar sleeping rhythm;) Overall, we had a great stay and everything met our expectations!

I spent a long weekend at the place with 6 other friends. Hartwig and his family are totally warm and have lovingly looked after us. Above all, we enjoyed the tranquility (away from the hustle and bustle of the city). A highlight is the paintball facility with the associated lounge - this is also run by Hartwig and his family. Me and my family stayed at Andreas nice house for one night. The house has everything you need, beds are comfortable, kitchen well equiped. Everything matches the description very well. Andreas is also a very friendly and helpful host.

We used the house as a base for attending the 2025 Church Congress. The house was easily accessible by subway and a short walk. In the house, everything was great as described. Can be recommended.

We wanted to visit the Serengeti Park and looked for an alternative accommodation and found luxury. We were just thrilled. We had everything we needed and more. Even considered just spending time together in the house and leaving the park, park. The house and garden were very clean and well maintained and the welcome with flowers, champagne and snacks was unbeatable. How everything works and where everything is was explained very well and friendly. They were always available and gave tips. Even with unexpected things like another child, everything went smoothly. Everything is available in the house, from a more than very well-equipped kitchen with coffee, spices, oil, crushed ice, a beer and mineral water provided for everyone, to board games, books, bicycles, pedal cars, towels, bathrobes and shower articles. The highlight is the hot tub. We were just thrilled. Thank you!

Great location close to train station, very easy to get into Nienburg town centre. Beautiful apartment very quiet and peaceful area. Access to get in very simple and easy instructions. Would definitely book again for another visit to Nienburg.

Very nice place to stay. We felt right at home! Great amenities, sparkling clean, beautiful balcony overlooking the countryside, beautiful bathroom and above all nice and quiet location. Bike trails and the Teutoburg Forest are nearby. Very friendly and helpful landlords! We found the apartment right away and were warmly welcomed. We'll be back!

I stayed at Simone's place only for 3 days and I really enjoyed it. Apartment was warm, quiet and clean. I can reccomend it and I definetly will come back anytime I need to saty in this area!

the apartment is equipped to a high standard, very above average for a holiday apartment. Unfortunately, we hardly had time and it is possible to use the amenities, as we were traveling from very early to very late.
