The place was just as nicely decorated and well-organized as shown in the photos, and it was and felt more spacious than most studios in S. Korea. My husband and I liked the area--right by an oceanfront park, close to restaurants and cafes (incl. an awesome izakaya across the street!), and away from the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions. We traveled by car, with our dog, and found parking and checking-in and -out all smooth and pain-free.

가성비 좋은 숙소예요. 여수에서 먹은 것 중에 게장골목에서 먹은 게장이 제일 맛있었는데 게장골목 바로 앞이라 편하게 맛있게 먹었어요. 여러가지 편하게 사용할 수 있는 용품들 챙겨놓으셔서 좋았습니다. 바베큐은 안했지만 옥상에서 저녁바람 맞으며 맥주한잔했는데 마무리하기 좋은 시간이였어요. 편안한 시간보내는 즐거운 여행이였습니다.

4월15일부터 5월14일까지 혼자서 한 달 살기한 숙소입니다. 아침에는 새소리를 들으며 기분 좋게 일어나고 저녁에는 붉은 노을을 바라보며 여유를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 창가에 앉아 마을을 오가는 사람, 차, 고양이, 마당과 처마에 놀러 온 작은 새들을 바라 보던 시간을 잊지 못할 것 같습니다. 장항마을에는 주민과 집이 제법 많아서 따뜻하고 편안한 마음으로 지냈습니다. 남해읍까지 약 10분 정도면 갈 수 있어서 장 보기 좋았습니다. 조금만 걸어가면 장항항이 있고 남해스포츠파크까지 바닷길 따라 산책하기 좋습니다. 유명 식당과 카페도 몇 군데 있습니다. 옛집을 잘 리모델링한 숙소입니다. 크기에 비해 공간 활용도가 매우 높습니다. 본채와 별채로 이루어졌는데 본채에 침실이 2개 있고 각각 2명, 3-4명이 잘 수 있는 침대가 있습니다. 3인 소파가 있는 거실, 6인 식탁이 있는 다이닝룸까지 작지만 알차게 구성돼 있어 친구나 가족이 놀러왔을 때도 전혀 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 별채에도 침실, 욕실이 따로 있어서 대가족이 놀러 와도 지내기 좋은 숙소입니다. 침구와 수건도 매우 깨끗하고 뽀송해서 기분 좋게 사용했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 부엌이 조금 낡고 가스렌지 밸브 사용이 불편하다는 겁니다. 그 외는 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 저처럼 장기 투숙을 하든 단기로 머물든 좋은 선택지라고 생각합니다.
