It is cozy when the wood-burning stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a bathing beach, as well as a small bathing jetty where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Hejsager Strand - summer house

Lovely little cottage at Hejsager Strand for rent. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds + 1 baby bed (one double bed, one bed 140 cm wide + bunk bed, one bunk bed 70 cm wide), kitchen/living room and bathroom. The cottage is located on a closed road about 400 meters from the beach. The cottage is for max 4 adults and 3 children + baby. The house is newly renovated and has a unique location on a south-facing slope, right down to the beach edge. With the view over Genner Bay and Kalvø, you can see porpoises, lots of birds and follow the boats sailing to and from the marina on the other side of the water. The house has a south-facing terrace and direct access to its own child-friendly beach. The house has two bedrooms available, kitchen/living room with fantastic views and toilet with bath.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second holiday home has been completed. Again, we have done everything we could to set up the house both stylish and child-friendly. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer diverse play opportunities such as swing, trampoline and football goals. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up, and hope you enjoy it.
