Relax with the entire family at this lakefront rental on Messalonskee Lake. 100ft of waterfront, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Minutes to Colby College, New England Music Camp, and downtown Waterville. Outdoor fire pit, jump off the docks, great fishing, go kayaking, and listen to the loons or search for bald eagles flying by. Large flat front yard with privacy as well as a large backyard great for outdoor play. There is plenty to do or not do if you want to kick back and relax.

The space
Front yard is flat and offers privacy where you can enjoy greenery and a beautiful sunrise. Backyard has large decks overlooking the lake. You would walk down a hill on a grass path to the lake and docks on the water.

Large screened porch for additional living area.
A deck for entertaining that stretches across the back of the house with panoramic views of the lake.
1st floor bedroom has a king size bed.
2nd floor Master with king size bed.
2nd floor guest room with a full size bed. There is seating in the room that pulls out into another full size bed option.
2nd floor guest room #2 with full size bed, twin pull out, and a twin bunk bed.
Bunk house has two twin beds. Optional rental for bunkhouse use is $500 for the week additional. Contact host if interested.
Large walk out basement with bar.
