If you want a fire pit, we charge a firewood fee of 10,000 won. Parking is available for about 3 cars after parking at the entrance of the pension. Be sure to send a message to your host if you have more than 3 generations. We will guide you to an additional parking space close to the pension! Sorry, but we don't accept reservations with dogs! It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.

As a small villa, you can use a lawn yard, a large parking lot (concrete pavement), karaoke equipment, a pool, a barbecue, and a fire pit, and there is no authorization nearby, so it is a place where you can enjoy a quiet rest for our family. However, if you want to use the pool (pool), you must make a reservation one day in advance to use it. There is a separate fee for using the barbecue, fire pit, and pool.
