location location location. the apartment was located 2 minutes from guro digital station, which is inner city circle line, and very central. it was also surrounded by essential shopping precincts like Emart and Olive Young and Daiso, and had a great selection of restaurants. the apartment itself was spacious and well decorated. it was perfect for us 2 adults and 1 toddler staying for 3 weeks. we absolutely loved our experience in seoul staying at Moonhyungs apartment!

A very nice and cozy place for couples. There's a very nice view to appreciate as well. The hosts are also very friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The location is quite good too, being near a subway station. There's also a couple of 24Hr convenient stores just downstairs. Overall, highly recommend this place if having nice views is your kind of thing 👍

Host is very responsive and very helpful in guiding me when i wanted to order for delivery to the accomodation. The place is clean and spacious for both of us. Just need to bring the basic necessities as reminded by host. The location is accessible from Seoul Station metro. Highly recommend.

The place was great, fully equipped and comfortable. There are many good cafes and restaurants around the area, and just a few minutes walk from the subway station. Host responded really quickly and was helpful. Really recommend.

It's close to the center of Seomyeon, making it easy to get around. It was a bit noisy at night because of the road and the neighbor's dog, but it wasn't bad. I had a nice stay.

Stayed for a week and had everything we needed. So many close restaurants and markets, no car necessary if you don’t have. Mike responded to our needs very quickly. Will 100% percent stay here again.

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. It's right in front of Haeundae Beach Easy access to tourist attractions and restaurants such as Blue Line and There are 3 rooms and 3 double beds It's spacious and nice for a big family to use.

-There is a water purifier. You need to buy bottled water x -There are plenty of nespresso capsules coffee machine + capsules. -There is a sand play set in the mini pool that children can use for playing in the water. -There is a dryer, washing machine, laundry detergent and clothes dryer. I think you should read the listing instructions from the host several times thoroughly. It's really just around the corner. I have everything I need. It was especially comfortable to have a water purifier. Families who love coffee really enjoyed the aromatic coffee. I was disappointed that the mini pool was a little small at first, but 5 people went in and had fun splashing. It's too bad I can't attach a photo:) My parents and my brother's family, who are over 70 years old, and a total of 10 people rested really comfortably and happily. I was very satisfied with my grandparents and choding. It's so nice to be able to see the sea. If you have to say that it's a little disappointing, if you go with about 10 people, everyone may not be a couple, so I thought it would be better if there were two thin blankets/two sets of two people instead of a single set. There was one person who wanted to sleep alone, so I thought it would be nice to have just one more thin blanket. And the bed is really comfortable. Sleep well 👍 👍

Amazing location with wonderful breach views, close to the food market, convenience stores and attractions for a family vacation with 2 kids. Rosie is a great host who provided great recommendations and was very prompt in answering all our questions and any issues we had.

Everything about this trip was fantastic, including this home. The view was stunning and the train station was right out front which made getting around super easy. AMAZING PLACE AND AMAZING HOST!!! Justin was so kind and made us feel right at home! The place is so clean and near the train station. Every where is only a 10-20 minute ride and nearby has so many restaurants and cafes and convenience stores. I am definitely rebooking this place next time I come to Korea!

It's a quiet, clean, and lovely accommodation~ This is my second visit, and I'm leaving a review because there's still nothing to criticize. The sea is within walking distance, and you can see the sea beyond the terrace and the mirror in the room, and the sunrise was beautiful. It was nice to have a convenience store and coffee shop right in front of the property. The accommodation is very, very clean, and the bedding is fluffy and clean, so you can sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There's a washing machine, rice cooker, toaster, Dyson hair dryer, and air purifier, and there's a water purifier, so you don't need to buy bottled water. The kitchen utensils were well-equipped without lacking anything. It was a great place to visit with a family or group as there was a barbecue on the spacious terrace, a large table, and several beds. I felt the effort in the decoration of each space, and the hosts were on the first floor, so they took care of us right away if we needed anything. This accommodation played a big role in my healing trip, so I plan to revisit if I come back to Songdo.

I was looking for a nearby accommodation while hanging out in the commercial district, and the location was so good because it was in the middle of the commercial district, and it was so nice to have cutlery, basic cooking ingredients, snacks, and even a welcome tea in the accommodation! It was a really, really satisfying accommodation for a long time. I'll use it again next time!

The house was tidy and the bedding was clean, so I rested well! The kitchen was spacious, so it was great for the whole family to use! It was a shame that there wasn't a separate barbecue space, but only a table and a brazier were prepared at the entrance of the accommodation, but the barbecue heat was so good that I grilled and ate the meat well!!

This place has great value for what its location has to offer. Easy access to public transportation and eatery. It is also near a huge electronic market for Smartphones and PC components. It is 15-20 min away from Seoul’s famous open and underground markets. I strongly recommend it if you are on a budget.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!
