Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gwarinpa Estate

Over all the stay was pleasant and peaceful. There were stores within walking distance so we took advantage of that. We felt quite safe and felt free to move about. I definitely recommend the place to others.

Jamila’s place is a real home away from home. Well equipped kitchen filled with mouth watering snacks. On availability, I will come again.

Victor is a great and friendly host , I really enjoyed my stay. He is very Kind with great personality, he is always happy to assist me when ever I needed help, he is polite and super friendly. The apartment was pristine clean and the environment was calm situated in a very safe estate and there was constant electricity. It exceeded my expectations, I will definitely recommend his place to any one coming to Abuja for vacation or a short stay.

This is a great place to stay in Abuja. The apartment was clean and comfortable with the basic things you need for a relaxing stay. Our host was hospitable and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking for a quality place to stay in Abuja. It was a lovely apartment, a home away from home. Very secure in regards to environment and good access point to travel to other places. Edwin made our almost a month stay enjoyable and safe. Very proactive, trustworthy and kind.

We loved our stay in this charming home! It was perfectly cozy, with comfortable seating and warm cozy decor. The location was great located close to almost all the places we wanted to visit , and DiDi was a fantastic host. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful, spacious and was super clean. Well cared for and maintained. I could tell the management puts thought into the people staying. The kitchen was stocked and user friendly. Toilet paper, shower gel, toothpaste, towels, and water were provided. Stanley was super responsive within a small time of us messaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay or to put family and friends there. My biggest things when staying somewhere in Nigeria are: Mattresses -many places have brick hard mattresses that are impossible to sleep on. The mattresses at this house were SUPER comfortable! Electricity – the house has an inverter! So when lights go off, there’s still electricity. The inverter doesn’t cover air conditioning and the hot water heater. The generator covers those and works for 7 hours on, 5 hours off. Safety and sound – was quiet and felt safe in the neighborhood within the gate. Cleanliness – very clean Service – Great timely response!

I love this place, I spend 12 days there and I feel like I was at home.. 24 hours security. John is the gentleman who make sure your stay is safe..this man is always there as u call he is there to assist you, he is so helpful to us I feel like he was a family member.. And I want to give much respect to the host for his kindness towards us.. and he always respond and check to make sure we was safe. when I visit Afica again I know exactly where I will be staying right at Ikechukwu property. 👍👍

This was an excellent place to stay. The host was responsive to text messages before we checked in. The property manager was always available to answer any questions we might have or help with whatever we might need. We will definitely be staying here again when next we are in Abuja. Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

Great host and clean apartment

Brand new modern apartment with air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus for us. Also, cleaning is available every day at a low rate. The host, is friendly and accommodating and made our stay easy.

Only praises. The check-in was smooth and the apartment was clean and lovely. I'd recommend Adebayo anytime, any day :)
