Hello! It is a house with very convenient transportation right in front of Pyeongchon Station. It is right in front of Pyeongchon Station E-Mart and Arte Chapel Convention Wedding Hall, and is a 2-3 minute walk from Pyeongchon Station Rodeo Street. The house is located on a high floor and faces the south, so it's very sunny, and the view is also very nice. It is 22 pyeong, and the bedroom and living room are separated, making it convenient to live. In addition, up to 6 people can sleep comfortably using the additional futon. There's a convenience store in the building, a bus stop right in front of the building, and you can use the parking lot. There are e-mart and nonghyup hanaro marts nearby, so it's also a great place to buy groceries. By default, there is a queen-sized bed, and we offer a folding mattress and duvet set when additional guests book. I loved my stay here! As a foreigner, I found the instructions very clear. The main entrance is located on a major street, very close to a bus stop/subway stop, so the location is very convenient. It is close to the Bangi Dong Food Alley, Lotte World Mall/Seokcheon Lake Park, and Olympic Park! It was a comfortable stay with multiple amenities to make you feel comfortable. There was a bit of construction across the street in the mornings/afternoons, but overall the area is relatively quiet. I was a bit worried about sorting trash (Korea is very particular about that), but I had lots of help from the host, and nearby uncles! Would love to stay here again!

Thank you for preparing the dog table, tableware, towels, and pads.♡ I was a little worried because the dog ate a lot of the food that the alley cat in the corner of the yard gave me. He's a kid with severe atopy, but he's got a great appetite. If you're traveling with a dog with a good appetite, you should take note and put a bowl of food when you arrive! Still, overall, it was really neat, and each accessory was emotionally and beautifully decorated, and I was very satisfied.

I was surprised to be able to enjoy this service and luxury at this price. All my friends who went with me were so satisfied that they were surprised. I think it was because it was usually used as a villa, but it was really abundant without anything missing. The bathroom was spacious, so it was so nice, and there was a karaoke room and a jjimjilbang, so I was so sorry that I didn't get to the accommodation early. I'm really satisfied.

I booked for 2 people, Poyo said that the bedding only prepared the number of people who made the reservation, such as finding that extra occupants need to pay again, the reservation says it can host 5 people, this point is hopeful on the reservation page, the pillow is a little low, I also asked if I take one more pillow to pay, Poyo said no, this is also thoughtful, the right bed is also a mattress, the whole is hard, the bed is turned on, the bed frame feels quickly disconnected, the reservation for two days can not sleep well, I hope to improve the mattress softness, the garbage needs to be cleaned by myself, indicating that the location of the garbage station is clear, there are only three hangers, the drying rack has two, and the whole satisfaction!

I stayed at this facility for one day of a 4-night, 5-day trip to Korea. Great access, and there were all the necessary facilities around, so I had no problems at all! Also, the host was very kind and responded quickly to questions, and I had a nice time without any inconvenience! I am Japanese, so I am not very used to shower toilets, but personally, I really liked the ease of use of the shower room (the part where the floor of the toilet doesn't get wet when you shower)✨ It is a nice place to stay that I would definitely like to use again when I come to the Gangnam area🌼

the apartment is in a calm neighborhood. It has everything you need and a very nice roof top! we could walk up to the radio tower and also down the hill is a nice area. to take a Uber, we just got up a few stairs, to the upper road, instead of going down the hill. thanks again

I visited to meet my friends for the first time in a while to eat and rest together, and the accommodation was clean, and especially the bedding was so cozy that I slept well... There were also many restaurants nearby, so I was very satisfied with the location! I intend to visit again~~
