The house is located on the same property as the landlord's villa but separated with its own plot incl. terrace, lawn and its own driveway with car parking. The house is well equipped with, among other things, floor heating in all rooms, fully tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with room for guests. There are 4 sleeping places with a double bed and double sofa bed. Plenty of storage spaces.

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to ride up to the store.
