Here you live with the forest around the corner with the possibility of berries and mushroom picking. It is also only a 5-minute walk down to the sea with docks and the beach. On the plot there are 3 houses, one of which is Lofthuset. The house consists of a bedroom with a 120 cm bed and in the loft there is a double bed of 180 cm. Bathroom with shower & washing machine. Patio/pavilion with sofa group and barbecue. Only about 30 minutes into Stockholm city with car. Near Gustavsberg harbor with restaurants, shops and Gustavsbergs porcelain.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

A wonderful house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

Best view in the archipelago

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med en bedårande utsikt över havet och himlen. Njut av solnedgången på berget bakom huset (ca 100 meter) där det också finns enklare stolar och bord (gemensamt med grannarna).Det finns många promenadstigar i området och även ett naturreservat, badklippor, sandstrand och en liten vacker sjö som ligger ca 40 minuters promenad från huset. Huset för dig som söker maximal avkoppling och samtidigt kan njuta av alla bekvämligheter och lyx.

Great retreat for a holiday or weekend getaway all times of the year.
