Our beautiful home is situated in Tirthan valley right in front of the Tirthan River, with easy access to the riverfront. In total we have 4 rooms out of which 3 rooms have attached washrooms. All the rooms are listed here with different pricings (depending on the view) but under the same title "Tirthan Stream Spirit Home Stay". We also provide tents for Rs 850 per night. We also provide home cooked food. So if you are looking for some peaceful place, Tirthan Stream Spirit is the place for you.
“This was a great find in Tirthan Valley. The location is awesome, right by the river. It is a quaint, quiet place, perfect for those looking for some peace and solitude. Naresh and his family are great hosts and go the extra mile to make the guests feel at home. They own a farm with fruit trees such as apricot, plum, apple etc and are happy to sell at a reasonable price. The best part is that you have to reach the homestay by a manually operated ropeway which was super fun! Naresh also helps in arranging for bikes or cars to travel around, and also in angling/fishing. We had a great time!”
Krishan Guesthouse is a serene, budget-friendly homestay for travellers looking to spend some time away from the mad rush of cities in the lap of nature. The room has been furnished with a double bed, two chairs and a table. It has an independent bathroom attached to it. The room has many windows and gets sufficient natural light and fresh air. The windows and the balcony also offer a gorgeous view of the mighty Himalayas.
“First things first the home stay location is a bit away from other touristy places and cafes around.. So If you want to be around other tourists you may want to check out cafes near gushaini or nagini. However if you want to spend a few days in blissful village life with friendly villagers around then this the place for you. We(me and my wife) spent 2 nights in the cottage room, the first night we arrived we were greeted by the friendly faces of the brothers running the place. They were helpful with the luggage and check in was a breeze.even though we reached late the brothers cooked us a nice meal of dal and mix veg subzi and tawa roti. The kitchen was super clean and so was the dining area. From the dinner on i knew we had made the right decision as it was exactly what me and my wife wanted. The next day krishan came along as our guide for trek upto salosar lake from jalori pass. The trek was moderate and the lake was beautiful with a scenic temple on its banks. The excursion took us the whole day as it was nightfall by the time we came back. We were treated to a fresh trout fish fried and served with spices just the perfect way to end a tiring and long day. The next morning we hiked upto the river front which was 5 min downhill hike .. The river was beautiful pristine and icy cold. Spent about half hour refreshing ourselves with the clear waters of the tirthan river. After the hike it was time for check out. We packed our bags and the family hosting us gave us a bag full of freshly plucked apples which were amazing to taste(not like the gm apples we get in delhi). Overall we loved the place, the luxury of having someone to cook home style meals for you and also doubling up as your guide was a welcome experience. With the beautiful people of the village going about their simple beautiful life to the sound of the tirthan river flowing continuously highly recommend this place”
