Perfect accommodations for my family and me while in town for a wedding. The location was ideal—walking distance to a family member’s home in Defense and beautiful Zamzama Park, perfect for fresh air, greenery, and exercise. The house was spacious, with comfortable beds, reliable hot water and pressure, consistent electricity, and relatively quiet despite being near a main road. The on-site staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Would 100% stay here again!

Greatest host ever

I have stayed on Hermain's place from 12th to 15th April, this was my very first time in Karachi as a visitor and I was very nervous for booking this accommodation but my host Hermain was very helpful and a great listener and he cleared all my nervousness. I would say I have made the best decision by choosing this place as the place was outstanding with lovely furniture and decor. There were some issues at the place during my stay but Hermain sorted them out on time. In simple I have nothing but only good things to say. Loved my stay ❤️ Definitely will visit again.

I spent a week at Mirza sahb’s place and i completely loved it! The place had a nice rooftop to enjoy the beachview from a distance. The apartment was clean and Mirza sahb was very accommodating. He let me be in the place late till my flight in the evening. I would love to stay there again.

Had an amazing and very comfortable stay. Athar is the best host, always responsive and available to answer any concerns. Everything was perfect from start to finish . Definitely going back for my next visit to Karachi. Could not have found a better place or a better host for my extended stay in Karachi. Highly recommended to all visiting Karachi. Definitely home away from home.

I feel blessed to have come across this listing, and to have stayed here during my trip. Everything was as described, and it’s a very well equipped place for a long duration stay. The self-contained bedroom + kitchen is in a really great and safe area of Karachi. What made the stay special though was Arshad, who was a thorough gentlemen and amazing host throughout. In addition to many interesting discussions, if anything was wrong Arshad would address it right away. Also, knowing that I was not much of a chef in the kitchen… Arshad would bring over dinner some nights which I was so grateful for! Again, a superb place to stay, but also it’s Arshad himself that really sets it apart from anywhere else. Arshad also provided everything you would need, including cooking oil, shower gel, toothpaste, etc… and the clothes washing machine was so useful during the stay! A great place with a superb host and easily willing to recommend it!

I stayed at MGM's after checking out of a nearby Airbnb apartment. I asked Khizar to see the place before checking in and he was responsive and courteous. I stayed at the property for three nights and even though there were some minor adjustments, Khizar and the helper Ali were on top of things to sort any issues out for me. I would look forward to staying at this property again.

I booked this apartment for my brother's family, who are visiting from the UK. They were pretty happy. It has a separate lift entrance, is very private and clean with AC in every room, and is close to shops and restaurants. Host Khurram and his team were very responsive and managed this property professionally. Definitely staying here again.

I had a great stay at this place. The host, Harry, was very helpful and always available to assist. Checking in was easy and the apartment was clean. The best part is that the apartment is right in front of the sea! It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Harry is a great host and the location is perfect. Five stars!
