Just like our other vacation homes "Sjun Limburg" (2022) and "Hemme Limburg" (October 2025), we completely renovated "Leef Zuiden" in 2023. Everything in this house has also been completely renovated (including the interior and exterior walls). The fully renovated garden is fenced and 100% enclosed. A modern accommodation has been realized, which meets all current requirements. The vacation home also meets 100% of the sustainability criteria. The house is fully insulated and equipped with air conditioning.

Accomodatie: Privé benedenverdieping in woonhuis, ik woon boven. Fantastisch uitzicht, grote tuin.Voor kinderen een trampoline en schommel. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Mooie fiets en wandel routes in Heuvelland en Geuldal. Rustig centraal gelegen. Fietsen kunnen in garage, auto op de oprit. Ik heb 2 katten. Prima restaurants in de buurt en de bakker en Spar dichtbij. Geen echte keuken, wel buffet om ontbijt en eenvoudige maaltijd te maken. Derde persoon betaalt 20 euro extra per nacht.

Het heeft een eigen terras met weids uitzicht over de vallei. Rustig en kindvriendelijk, doch op slechts 10 min van het beroemde Valkenburg, 15 min van het 3-landen punt in Vaals en 20 min van Aken. Liggend midden in het natuurgebied "Land van Kalk" is er daarnaast veel te doen en te zien voor iedereen.

My accommodation is close to Aachen, Vaals and Maastricht with a very nice wide view. You'll love my place because of the views, the location, and the location. Hiking, cycling, horse riding and golfing can be found in the immediate vicinity. From the entire house you have a magnificent view of our pond and the surrounding meadows and pastures. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and families with children.

A warm and warm welcome to the Wood Barn.. Many of our guests experience the Ginsterberg as one of the most beautiful and breathtaking places of the entire hill country. The spacious view that can be found here on the slope gives relaxation and tranquility. This space has many amenities, and is a perfect base for city trips and activities. Modern, cozy farmhouse, partly located on the grounds of our dairy farm. The front with entrance, parking and terrace has unique panoramic views over the beautiful hills and the Belgian Voer region. (for private use, not shared with other guests!) The house is part of our farm, where we operate a dairy farm with 2 vacation homes and a small farm campsite in the summer months.

This cozy house is in the middle of the village of Mechelen, between the liveliness of the terraces and restaurants, but with the tranquility of the Geuldal around the corner. The building is part of a 17th-century carré farmhouse. In 2023, it was completely renovated, in which many authentic elements were restored.
