Great location with walking distances to cable cars, restaurants, buses; especially important to us as we did not have a car. Monica was very responsive and provided useful info including local tour company that provided Dolomites tours. Would recommend her place for anyone spending several days in Ortisei — the great gateway to the Dolomites

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My wife, I, and our two adult children enjoyed a great 3 night stay here. Alessia gave us perfect instructions upon arrival at the train station and was very responsive. The apartment is perfectly situated a bit off the main tourist path while still only a few minutes to good restaurants/gelato and maybe 10-15 minutes walks to piazza San Marco or Rialto. We did opt for a water taxi back to the airport because it was an early morning flight, and Alessia set up all the details for it to meet us just steps from the property…although Alilaguna stop is no more than 8 minutes away if you wanted to do that. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Die Unterkunft bei Marilena war einfach super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sicher zu empfehlen für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Gut ausgestattet, sauber und ca. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Kleine lokale Bäckerei und größere Einkaufsmärkte liegen um die Ecke. Marilena ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Alles super sauber, tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen und vor allem eine wunderbare Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick aus dem Balkon. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Alles war perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft - mir persönlich war allerdings das große Bett im Erdgeschoß zu weich. Im Wohnzimmer sollte man ein neues Sofa hinstellen - im Winter ist die Heizsituation manchmal schwierig. Aber Michela ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und so passt dann wieder alles wunderbar. Kleiner Tip: im nahen Sedegliano gibt es einen kleinen Shop, wo einfach alles gut ist, vom Croissant bis zum Prosciutto, Käse, aber auch fertige Speisen - gegenüber von der Kirche, heißt "Tauler" (genaue Öffnungszeiten sind nicht eruirbar, am Abend meist bis 19 Uhr offen)

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage. Die Wohnung ist neu hergerichtet. Neue Bäder alles perfekt funktionierend und schön. Gute Matratzen schöne Bettwäsche neue Handtücher. Liebe Gastgeber super Lage. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Edwin, liebe Grüße

Warm welkom, fijn afgesloten terrein zodat de honden buiten konden scharrelen. Antonija is een onwijs lieve host, lief voor de honden, vertelt over het dorp etc. Zou het iedereen aanraden! Hopelijk kunnen we nogmaals gaan.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Barbaras Wohnung. Barbara und ihre Familie sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Das Angebot Fahrräder für die Fahrt zum Hafen zu leihen war super für uns. Die Mischung von Stadt und gleichzeitig Ruhe in der Natur zu haben hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Trotz des mäßig schönen Wetters haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

This was our second time at Villa Mary and it was just as good as we remembered and we hoped for. It’s a spatious place for a family of four and even six persons can find a spot to sleep there. The patio is also awesome for sitting around a table. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. The bathroom is superb. The washing machine is a great help after a day on the beach. It is the most ideal place for a relaxing hustle free vacation. The hosts are the friendliest hosts I have ever encountered with, helpful, they respond to the messages in no time. We are planning to return next year.

Fantastic Villa with a great Host! We had a very enjoyable week at Elenas Villa. The villa itself is exactly as described and unlike some we’ve stayed in before, it is exactly as the pictures suggest. Well kept and well equipped. It’s a lovely sleepy little village, lots of trails to walk, and great access to pula or further up the coast too. We really did feel like we were in the right area, with access to everything in a short drive. Most days we enjoyed the mile walk down the trail to Barban where there are a couple of great little restaurants. Elena was great, very detailed check in, nothing too much trouble to ask and very quick response to messages. Would Highly recommend it, and thank you so much for making it a great holiday!

Great place with a great host. We have really enjoyed our time in Miane as the place is located very well in its center. The place has everything that you need for a visit lasting couple of days.

Die Wohnung war einfach großartig! Sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich – hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zwei Balkone, die im Sommer sicher ein echtes Highlight sind. Einzig das Badezimmer war etwas kühl, selbst mit dem Lüfter, aber das hat den Gesamteindruck nicht geschmälert. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Alles war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und die Einrichtung gefiel uns sehr gut. Fußläufig gab es kleine Restaurants und einen Bäcker, was sehr praktisch war. In der Umgebung gab es viele Ausflugsziele, die schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar waren. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und half uns bei Fragen und Wünschen weiter. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Unsere Woche in der Wohnung Vivien war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️ Marlene ist eine super Gastgeberin und war sehr flexibel beim CheckIn/ CheckOut. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und Antworten haben wir super schnell erhalten. Der Zustand der Wohnung entspricht den Bildern - ist sehr gepflegt. Der Schnitt der Wohnung sowie die Inneneinrichtung sind perfekt durchdacht und ideal für eine Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern.

Idyllic location in the heart of the village. We stayed here for a week in the summer with our two young children and were very satisfied. The property is walking distance to the supermarket, local restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a 2 min walk with access to larger towns like Ortisei. There is a brilliant kids park right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Local trails we enjoyed with children were- PanaRaida and Troi Di Tieres. The location is a cycling and hiking dream with so many great places to explore. Simon met us on arrival and was very helpful, his father lives downstairs and was super friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again to experience the area in winter for skiing. Thanks for a super stay!

Es ist eine Kellerwohnung, daher wenig Tageslicht und ein kühler Fußboden. Es lässt sich aber gut heizen, es gibt einen Holzofen und eine Infrarotkabine und Küche und Bad haben alles war man braucht.

We were in the middle of a 5 week camping trip around Europe and needed a quiet place with ac for a break and this place was amazing. The pool was perfect for the kids and the views were amazing. Easy checkin and check out. Parking was a little tight for our large camper but any car will easily fit. The house is well equipped and the surrounding area is full of history. We would definitely stay again.

Great access point to the Dolimites and only ten min from Cortina D’Ampezzo. Washer and dryer and secure parking added even more value.
