The luxury apartment Is quite near to the center (2.3 km) with car. It Is very comfortable and It has a private space in the shared garden. The private parking is next to the entrance Door. The host is very reactive and available, in fact her family lives here. The apartment Is very clean. I advice strongly this apartment.

Loved the guests! Very friendly people. Place is just what we wanted. Calling it a “3 star” place does not do it justice, we really liked it.

We had a great time in poreč! The apartment is very cute and directly located at the sea (city beach) and the old town! There are many restaurants near! It was great, and we would return any time :)

We stayed four nights in Darko's apartment. His daughter Emanuela took over the communication as well as check-in and check-out - everything straightforward and friendly. In addition, she was very attentive and even congratulated me on my birthday, which was on the day of departure. The apartment was clean and quiet. Coffee capsules were provided for the first few days. The private, covered parking was also very advantageous. Overall, we can recommend the accommodation :)

Our stay here was the most beautiful in many years of Croatia vacations. Our hosts were so friendly, helpful and accommodating, the amenities of the house are just perfect. Everything was super clean and the kitchen lacked nothing. An additional plus is the great Wihrlpool in the garden. A big thank you to Mirjana and Josef for their hospitality. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice and clean place. The proximity to Rovinj beaches is a real plus with a beach within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. Christian and his family were very friendly, welcoming, accommodating and available to us. I recommend staying with Christian.

Vincenzo and Flavia are two exquisite people. Kindness and authenticity definitely sets them apart. The room had impeccable cleanliness and has a fridge corner where the host provides breakfast supplies. There is a beautiful veranda outside surrounded by greenery. Vincenzo is very attentive to details and has tried in every way to make us feel at home. A beautiful experience!

We were warmly welcomed by Judith and had a very nice stay at Haus Florian. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The small quiet place serves as a wonderful starting point for hikes and bike tours. Our personal highlight was the private access to the lake!

Great apartment, wonderful back yard with a barbecue. Received a welcome gift and the communication with the owner was easy.

The house you stay in, colorful and varied, is a real gem. Inside it is small and very cozy, outside it enjoys a large green space. The real treat, however, are the owners, Sinisa and his wife: always very helpful, even wanting to drive us to the beach, always willing to have a chat, always ready to offer a coffee and willing to drink it together with newcomers. And even the kitten Marvel is very friendly! We couldn't have made a better choice for staying in Rijeka!❤️

A little piece of heaven! We loved staying here. The location was stunning with amazing views and right by the sea. We enjoyed swimming in the sea. It was a bit cold but the water was totally clear and we saw lots of fish. The mobil home is simple, but very clean and practical. The area is great for walking and hiking. And with a car there are so many great places to visit.

We stayed two nights at this lovely place. So peaceful surroundings with chickens, sheeps and a cute dog, felt home at this place. We went to the Plitvice Lakes national park and the apartment couldn’t be any closer to the entrance 1, we could walk there. The host was so friendly. We can highly recommend this place!

The studio was perfect for 2 with parking, a separate entrance, a table outside in the garden and the most gorgeous terrace with a sea view. Duska was very friendly and helpful with advice on where to eat etc. It was a beautiful 20 minute walk by the sea into Piran. Thank you Duska!

Nice location if you are travelling by car. Spacious apartment, it has everything what you may need. Boris is very quick and responsive.

Our first time in Slovenia was made even better thanks to Branko's incredible hospitality. He was super kind and gave us excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to add an extra night. The accommodation itself was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and the shared kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The building looks new, which added to the overall positive experience. The only minor issue was that it got a bit hot during our stay in August, and the insulation of the walls didn't help much with keeping the heat out. However, this was a small downside in an otherwise great stay. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Branko's place!

The place was clean and tidy and we were even able to check in earlier than planned. Communication went smoothly and the place was exactly as described!

Beautiful, peaceful area with private parking in the garden, nearby a good bar 🤩 Everything was just like on photos, apartment was comfortable and clean. Nicola has a really good taste for furnitures, I was delighted! Communication was easy with him, he is helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommended ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at katharina’s place. Would recommend!

We were there over Easter weekend with our two dogs. Check-in was straightforward and the place was clean. The sauna and the bathtub with jacuzzi function were very relaxing. From the property, we were able to make a good trip to the national park and a trip to the sea. Miha gave us a very good restaurant tip. On the last evening, we were invited by Miha to a sound therapy, which we unfortunately had to cancel because we had to leave early the next day. It was a lovely and relaxing weekend :)

The place was very nice for my family and our dog. We enjoyed it because there was snow outside and we used that for winter joys. We visited the Medvedev sanctuary in Kuterevo which is very close to our place. The goddess welcomed us very kindly, warmed up the house for us, and at the end she prepared a gift for our baby boy. Any recommendations! 😀

The stay was terrific and unforgettable. A small oasis of well-being at the foot of the house "Petzen". The pool was always a grateful cooling off in the summer temperatures. All in all fantastic and magnificent. Thanks again for everything.
