We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family — very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our kids loved all the toys and beach equipment, which made our beach days so much easier. The location was great, and the recommendations from our hosts helped us discover some fantastic places around Tamarindo. Gil and Bernie were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The check-in was easy, and everything was organized perfectly. Thank you for making our time in Tamarindo so special! We would absolutely love to come back.

The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Luca’s place. The garden and pool area was even more beautiful than we expected and we were thrilled with our little side courtyard and hammock. The house was nice inside and adequate for our needs. The walk to the beach is easy for fit adults and older kids, but a little challenging for younger children. Consider renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car. We appreciated how we were close to groceries stores, coffee shops and restaurants and yet slightly removed from the nightlife noise. We would absolutely stay again if we get a chance to come back!

Loved my stay at Danny's. Place was exactly as listed. 5 minute walk to the beach and the bed was comfortable. Loved the organic hand and body wash soap that he provided too, as the quality if it could be felt. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have an incredible stay at Villa Tranquila. The pool and patio area are private, spacious and offer a stunning view of Playa Hermosa. The house was very clean with spotless tile flooring throughout, large en-suite bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Deborah was quick to respond to things that came up - the safe was repaired quickly and an empty propane tank was replaced within minutes of reporting it. Deborah gave us ideas on activities and restaurants and Fernando the property manager is friendly and cheerful. I agree with others that a 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed for steep streets. We will recommend this property to others and will stay here again if we ever return to Costa Rica.

Look no further…this place is amazing!! We were so spoiled by the animals we saw right from the balcony that we were actually disappointed when we went to the national park. The home is beautiful with all necessary amenities. Walkable to so many restaurants and shops. The bus was fun and easy and so convenient as it is right outside the complex. Tara was our concierge and she did an amazing job…answered all of our questions, booked transport and excursions and was available whenever we needed something. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return again one day.

Had an amazing stay! Josue was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout, always keeping us informed and making sure everything went smoothly. His recommendations were spot-on! The location was super central—right by all the main spots and great restaurants. The only minor drawback was the steep uphill walk to the villa. It’s doable on foot, but can feel like a lot after a night out—I’d recommend renting a golf cart if you’re not up for the climb. Also, the water pressure in the first-floor bedroom was a bit weak, but aside from that, it was a wonderful place!

The place is just like the photos, everything is clean and impeccable. The pool is a bit small and deep for children, but if they know how to swim, there is no major problem. I would definitely stay at the same place again.

The place is relatively new, it's super comfortable, we loved the layout and decor. It's a special area for families, we look forward to returning soon.

Only stayed for one night, but it was lots of fun for the kids. Wish we could have stay an extra night. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed and more. The extra cot was nice as there was five of us and lots of room to hang out. The roof top patio was awesome!! The six pools were great and the adults only section was plus for a quiet place away from the kids. Grounds were immaculate. Very well maintained. Very convenient to walk down to the beach or to a the coffee shop.

We loved our visit! The condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Lots of great shops nearby and a 10-15min walk to the beach.

Kathleen’s place is really beautiful. The views from the decks are amazing. The kitchen was great. Everything you needed. New shiny appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and the main floor was the perfect temp with the ocean breezes. Great showers with plenty of hot water. We loved being right on the beach. It is a big place where we were all able to find our own place to be. The beach is lovely, good waves for boogie boarding and jumping waves. There are kayaks to use which is nice as well. Great restaurants on the beach that you can walk to on the beach. We went to the Beach House and it was delicious! I highly recommend Kathleen’s place!

As described, the view is amazing! Our favorite part of the stay was sitting out on the balcony. It would be really amazing with some better seating options. The beds were all very comfortable, clean and the rooms were very spacious. Our party of 6 had plenty of room. The pool deck and pool also were really lovely to use. It was a challenging drive the first couple treks until we realized we were coming in the long (wrong) way. It's a steep drive to get into the property, don't let it intimidate you, it's worth it for the view. Maintenance will definitely let you know not to park on the side of the garage, so only use it for loading/unloading. The kitchen has some good staples so that was nice. I highly recommend this space, Elio was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful week in CR! One of our best vacations! The location of the condo unit was perfect - next to the nicest pool. It felt like a small neighbourhood community where everyone’s friendly, sociable and shares information. Outside the porch is a huge nance fruit tree that dropped fruits that look like golden berries but have a weird taste. The complex staff come by regularly to pick them up and eat them, and it also attracted iguanas so we got to see a few big ones up close. They’re cautious around people so they don’t come too close. The sound of all the different bird calls in the early morning was incredible. Sometimes you can hear monkeys in the distance during the night. The highlight of our trip was the sunset catamaran snorkelling booze cruise. We would have gone twice if time permitted. We’ll have to come back since in a week we didn’t get to do everything we wanted to. The owners and their local guy Luis are amazing!

As a host myself, I can tell you that you will not find a more responsive Host then Fernando As he lives next door So with Couple issues I've had He was very quick to respond And do fix the situation. So I am confident that he will be a great host And I recommend the place if you have any business to do around there as it is a quiet spot and there's a swimming pool 50 ft in front of The door. best of luck Fernando keep up the good work

We absolutely loved our stay at High Nest. The views were incredible and the house was perfect! Loved the character of the home! Shannon provided us with a bunch of recommendations that we used multiple times a day! Sunbathing on the patio and then hoping in the private pool was the perfect way to spend our afternoons. We were very sad to leave. We highly recommend!!
