Vacation rentals with a home theater in Gulf of Nicoya

La semana que me hospede en el alojamiento de Adriana me sentí como en casa, un lugar bastante cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, sin duda volvería junto con mi familia.

I would say if you stay for a short time it’s 5 stars a long term stay would likely be 4 stars due to noise. The good Allan was great and responsive. The first day the coffee maker was broken and Allan replaced same day when I told him. It is close to Barrio Escalante and great restaurants and La Cali for nightlife. It’s a great location between San Jose Centro and San Pedro. It’s also close to Parque National that has great location. The building is great, a good gym, small pool, coworking area, laundry room and great bilingual door staff. The not so good, it will be noisy between the train and La Cali it will be loud and need to close the window. The mattress was initially a problem as the springs went directly into my body but figured out the mattress was on the wrong side and after flipping it was a lot better. Overall if you want to be in the heart of the action this is a good place to be. If you want peace and quiet would look at another location.

Giovanni was wonderful and very responsive. Check in process was easy as Giovanni provided precise and clear instructions. The apartment is exactly as described, clean and free of clutter. Although the multiple TV remotes did require a change of batteries, it did not negatively affect our overall experience as Netflix was available. Amazing view from both balconies. All rooms were adequately air conditioned and the kitchen even had an air fryer!!! On the way to the unit, fascinating art and mirrored sliding doors adorned the property. My boyfriend and I especially loved the “Red Room.” I would highly recommend booking your next stay here 👍🏼😀👏👌🏽

Very nice and friendly our host was very helpful…people around were very helpful and friendly we will come back at Nucleo.. I will recommend it to my friends & family for sure…PURA VIDA😎

Great spot! Possibly the best apartment building I've ever stayed in San Jose (and I've stayed in a lot of them). Super cool environment. Beautiful surroundings which are hard to come by in SJ. Also, great restaurants very close by which was an awesome!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our scouting trip, convenient to the areas we wanted to visit. Super clean and comfiest beds!

We had a great stay at Sylvie's place. It's very close to multiple beaches and the pool was amazing. Sylvie was very responsive whenever we wrote and always helpful. The place is very comfortable and has all the "western" amenities. We cooked every meal (for two adults and three small children) with no issue. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking full meals. I would definitely not recommend staying here unless you have a car (which we did). You'd be very isolated to the one local beach and pool. With a car, everything you could want is in a 12 minute drive or less.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Chad and his teams were extremely helpful and kind during our stay. We really enjoyed the large living space and the open kitchen concept right in the middle of the jungle. Big thanks to Jespers for being so nice to us!

We will definitely be back! Nikou is an excellent host who does his best to make your stay as perfect as possible. The place is very spacious and quiet. There is no Tv, but there are so many activities to keep you busy on the premises you don't really need one. It's about an 10 min drive to Playa Pelada and Guiones. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Nosara!

Excellent place to stay in San José!

Excelente apartamento! De los pocos que tienen hielo y agua fría a disposición desde el momento de check-in. Bien equipada para cocinar y los hosts respondían rápido!

O apartamento é completo e bem equipado. O Esteban é muito atencioso e a região oferece muitas opções de atividades. Voltaremos sempre que formos a San José.

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely time at Bonita’s place. The place is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The air conditioners are all working well. The condominium is well maintained. There is a beach at the end of the road, takes about 15 -20 mins to walk there.

Andres was very nice since we first met him. He was always communicating and very informative with recommended places to eat and places to visit but also avoid to be safe. Andres looked out for us and made check in super easy . Thank you for all you did andres !
