Very good stay, however the accommodation lacked essential items such as a broom, mop, kitchen towels, and hair dryer, and some items such as chair and bed had lost their solidity... for everything else it was impeccable, we will gladly go back...

Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A sea view from the sublime garden that you can enjoy. A stone's throw from the city center and restaurants, with a beautiful walk on the Pointe d'Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

The house has just been renovated (the neighbors are still renovating, but there was no construction during our stay, but there is some wood smell in the house) so it is very new, very clean, and the kind of love that makes people's eyes shine The kitchen is very good, fully equipped and new (unfortunately only small fruit knives and small chopping boards) Wi-Fi is useless, the signal is very poor, we used cellular data throughout. The shower is very comfortable, clean and large, and the water pressure is very good.The three-tier towel rack is super practical. The mattress is thick and new (my own mattress is 1300 euros, so it is not convenient to comment on the comfort) at least it makes people feel very comfortable. The comforter is comfortable. The balcony is dirty, the table is covered with dust, and the decorative light bulbs and chairs are covered with cobwebs. For🕷️ those who are afraid of spiders, it is completely unusable. In terms of transportation, we walked to a small beach in the northeast direction for dinner on the first day, and the view was very good.I walked for 20 minutes. After that, you can drive to the supermarket and the big beach. It's easy to drive, and parking is easy to find Facing a church, there are huge bells ringing several times an hour, often waking up children who are napping. The place to throw away the trash is a little far, it takes about 200 meters to walk to the public trash point, we ate a lot of oysters🦪, so the trash is heavy, it would be great if there was a trash can downstairs. Excellent weekend, very responsive and accommodating host. The listing was clean and as advertised. Multiple spots are available not far from the accommodation. The only small downside is the neighbors going up and down the stairs, otherwise the rest is perfect!

Very nice and tastefully furnished studio. We enjoyed the place in the heart of Binic. Restaurants, the beach, the Gr34 nearby. We were charmed and intend to come back and stay longer.

Great family stay in this accommodation which is spacious and very well decorated, in a beautiful area... Young and old were won over! The accommodation is well equipped. Self check-in and the person we spoke with was very nice (clear instructions and recommendations of sites to visit nearby). We recommend it!

We spent a delightful week at this charming house in Erquy. Gill, the host, was fantastic—always quick to respond and very friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is superb! Within a short walk, you're at the harbor, town center, or one of several sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing or exploring the beautiful surroundings. Plus, there’s a great bakery nearby at 80 Rue Foch for fresh baguettes. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is newly renovated and perfect for cooking enthusiasts. Note that the stove is an induction hob, so bring an adapter if needed. A washing machine is also available, which was a nice convenience. Sleeping arrangements include four beds, with a double bed that’s on the smaller side—cozy for those who like to sleep close! Parking was generally manageable; although you can’t park directly at the house, we always found a spot about 100 meters away. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

One of the best BnBs. Nothing to say about. Quality services. Excellent bedding. Thoughtfully designed homes. Hiking trails nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Top jacuzzi and sauna. Everything was perfect for our getaway. Caroline is very welcoming.

The house is beautiful and, in my opinion, a real insider tip! You have a great view of the sea, which we especially enjoyed every morning on the terrace. At night it is very nice and quiet and you can even hear the waves rushing. The house is well maintained and nothing was missing. We will be happy to come back :-)

Julie is a very nice host, available and has plenty of good ideas for discovering the surroundings. His house is in an idyllic setting for a weekend. You will enjoy dining outside and the sea view that goes with it. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and will be sure to go back.

Modern, tastefully decorated cabin in beautiful surroundings. Spacious bathroom with nice walk-in shower. We were lucky with the weather and could dine outside on the veranda. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated.

We stayed with two families with 2 young children and everything went very smoothly. Melanie was very welcoming and was responsive when we needed to chat before we arrived. Very functional quiet house. Pleasant terrace! Special mention for having kindly accepted that we could charge our electric vehicle on site.

Being a former Binicaise, I really enjoyed the location and private parking.

For my second stay in this charming apartment, I am still delighted to return. Very easy access, on the 3rd floor with elevator, very well equipped, very nicely decorated, nothing missing. And always this beautiful view of the sea, the dream. I recommend it 200%.
