There is very good space indoors. Great old stylish furniture. A nice terrace with garden furniture with access from the kitchen. There is also a small balcony facing the garden where you can hang laundry. WC number two is good to have. In the kitchen there is a lot of space, new stove, new electric kettle, new fridge with freezer, table and chairs to eat at.

We really enjoyed spending a few days in this apartment! We sent and woke up to the sound of waves. The place is quiet,but at the same time within walking distance there are shops,pharmacies,restaurants with live music. The sea is three minutes away and the window has a wonderful view. The apartment itself has everything you need for cooking, a good washing machine and an iron. We managed to use all of this. Spacious shower, lots of towels. The bedroom has a very soft mattress, it can be a plus for someone,and someone is a disadvantage. In general, we had a great stay☺️ Thank you!

the apartment fully corresponds to the description. being in the central square. this is good and bad. The good thing is that everything is literally nearby: beach, supermarket, cafe a lot, market. The bad thing is that this is a center and therefore it can be noisy: cars, restaurants and dogs. But if you close the doors, there are not so noisy dogs. There are a lot of dogs, they themselves are kind, but in the morning they are constantly barking🤣. Ilia (the host) was constantly on the touch, greeted, posted everything, told me everything and showed me where and what you can buy/see/walk. The beach with large stones and sand, so bring shale for the beach. There may be long rains (this is the black sea, not the Mediterranean), you need to be ready for this. The apartment is clean. Everything is there for unassuming guests. The staircase to the last floor is steep, you need to keep in mind to old people and people from the nod. in general, only the best impressions of the apartment and the hosts left only the best impressions. The best thing here is to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The noise of the waves compensates for all the shortcomings!

the apartment is a minute from the sea, in the very center of the city, near cafes and a market. I was glad that Timur provided circles and mattresses for swimming, we froze like children! the only thing is that it's hard to go up on foot to the 5th floor after the sea. thanks!

Lovely apartment equipped with all the necessaries for long stays. As heating, there is a gas boiler, in winter the apartment is quite warm. The Internet worked almost without interruption, suitable for remote work. The room itself is a little dark, but in summer it's probably a plus, not so hot. The embankment is a short walk away, there is a grocery store in the house, there is a road nearby, along which there are many minibuses to Batumi (about 40 minutes drive). Overall, the place is very quiet and peaceful. Among the disadvantages - quite expensive utilities for gas, electricity and the Internet, in winter up to 180 lari were paid with the hostess in half. Well, the biggest drawback is mold, probably nesting behind the tile by the stove and sink. I had to constantly ventilate, but it didn't help much, nor did the fragrances. They say that this is a problem throughout Adjara, I don't know, there was no mold in Batumi in Orbi City. It may not be felt in the summer in the heat. But in general, I really liked the apartment and the hostess)))

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

Perfect location, very clean and nice place

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

It's one of the airbnbs which I definitely marked as my personal "top listings". The place you fall in love with just at the very moment you arrive and see the garden full of bright colorful flowers, trees and decorations. The place where the view is absolutely stunning: green mountains around, the ruins of Askana fortress in the distance, great sunsets. The house combines its authenticity with modern facilities, it's an old Georgian family house renovated with much love and care. There are all kinds of things you might need: a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, a stove, a big fridge and even a dishwasher. The bathroom is modern (a huge waterheater provided). The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are 2 terraces where you can sit and observe all the beauty around. Mobile Internet is perfect for remote work. Special thanks to Rezo and his family for such a warm welcome and I definitely recommend their house!

Four freestanding cabins on a quiet street in Ureki. Hosts live here, available 24/7, helpful. Good stay in a good location. A real cottage in the village:-)
