Amazing small house in midst of pine wood in just few meters from the perfect black sand beach. The house itself is a bit small and may seems old-fashioned, but it has all one need for peaceful rest. Highly recommended.

We celebrated the New Year with a big group of kids. The house is large and spacious, has everything you need. Close to the beach, where you can admire the beautiful sunsets, the coniferous forest. Very quiet.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

We literally liked everything! Manuchar is a very attentive, responsive and welcoming host. Thanks to him, our vacation was very comfortable. The house itself is ideally situated. After forty minutes of the journey we could be at Lake Ritsa or, if desired, on the beach. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a family holiday, and the presence of a real wood-burning fireplace made every family dinner a cozy event! We will be coming back many times!

Very kind family who are proud to show you their place and share their thoughts with you. Food was very good as well. It was an excellent experience. My son specifically liked playing with their children and making hamburgers together.

This cottage is located highly in the mountains and has a beautiful view. Note that you need to travel a few kilometers through a mountain offroad to reach this place, and cellular network is rather weak. The host and locals are very friendly and happy to have guests. If you're tired of civilization and love mountains, this place is for you.

One thing is that our family came to this apartment for the second time in one summer, already says a lot))) Everything is wonderful, as it is for the first time meeting, the location of the apartment, the proximity to all the benefits of civilization. We chose between an apartment in the city and this cozy cabin. And we never regretted that we chose it. Lovely helpful hosts( Elsa, Amiran, grandmother Anya and Karina and the girl and, of course, Soso), a great house with all the amenities and your own courtyard where you can have breakfast, lunch and just enjoy nature. You can buy steam milk. Nearby shops, fruit shops, pita bread. The sea is 20 minutes away by foot. The Kintrishi River flows within a 5-minute walk - you can also swim in it if the sea is tired. The evaluation criterion for us is - would we come back here again? Would definitely come back. And we recommend it to everyone.
