Vacation rentals in Guaynabo

Our goal was to find an upscale house that was quiet and outside the bustle of San Juan but close enough for occasional visits. Villa Maxine was exactly what we were hoping for. Charlotte's superb home is propped on the top of a large hill providing expansive views and privacy. The rooms are spacious with the living or great room being the center of activity and relaxation. The highlight, however, is the outdoor space. The decks around the gorgeous, clean and refreshing pool provide multiple choices for relaxing, sunbathing or eating. Trips to Old San Juan are a short 25 minutes and a rental car is a must. Communication with Charlotte and associates was immediate and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

This place is absolutely beautiful.The views are gorgeous,the pool is big and deep for swims with your family.The gym is a plus! Cooking in the kitchen outside by the pool was just amazing ,I could say it looks better in person than in the photos! Andrea was helpful and communicative and friendly.They do live in the property but you don’t see them at all, they give you all the privacy.They do have a baby that you can hear at times but nothing that bothered us at all. You can hear nature in the night and it helps you sleep peacefully. The experience was a 4.8 due to the fact that they had recently installed ac in one of the rooms but was not working the ac was leaking a lot which caused a foul smell in the room. Andrea did let me know about the ac not working and I also told her about the smell. The WiFi was also down for 2 days which I also communicated to her about. She was very apologetic and she did reach out to see how she could make things better. Overall I will still book again

I love the area that the home is in and I love the cleanliness and the brightness of the home. The host, as always is so super kind and always quick to respond. This will be our second time with the same host and property. Definitely a must.

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

Ana’s place was exceptional. 10/10! Clear communication from start to finish which made everything stress free. Any question I had, Ana responded quickly with no hesitation. It is in a gated community so we felt very safe for two girls traveling alone for a girls trip. The community was very quiet & it felt so peaceful. The aesthetic of the home was so beautiful & everything was spotless & clean! She even left us waters in the fridge which we appreciated so much because it saved us a trip to the store for a couple of days! I would recommend this place to anyone & would definitely stay here again in the future! 😊🇵🇷

Awesome place for the price. Mart/bar across the street is very convenient and welcoming. Close to highway and therefore easy to get around.

Absolutely LOVED our stay !!!!!! This place is peaceful and the sound of the animals at night is soothing. The property holds up to its name! Host always answered and was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property and I will for sure be coming back !

It was very clean and easy to check in. The place was peaceful and we were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here and it’s only 20 min from San Juan if you’re looking for something close. Loved it!
