if you want a place with privacy and nice views this is the place, i felt right at home but the most beautiful thing was appreciate the sunset from the porch and being able to see the world different. his place is amazing with a lot of restaurants around the corner plus close to everything with a market in the same building complex.

A nice place and the people at the front desks were always friendly and one of them spoke very good English. Took a little bit to get ahold of him about doing laundry but worked out fine

Very nice apartment and garden. Amazing roof terrace overlooking all three volcanoes. Coffee maker and kettle on site, but unfortunately no cups. When we asked Maria about it, cups were brought to us immediately. Really very thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Enchanted by the apt in Elemento building and its amenities. There is a convenience store for snack beverages , a Cafe , sorbeteria , a Koreano restaurant and a typical food shop on the first level of the building . Metrobus station is within walking distance. A nice and spacious park for running in front of the building, there are fruit sales and minutes to cool off. The terrace is fantastic in decoration , views to the mountains . I loved the gym equipped with the basics. 10 minute drive from zone 10 . Everything in perfect condition.

A wonderful stay! We stayed from April 11 to 14 and were delighted with everything. The place is beautiful, quiet and perfect for rest. The cleanliness, comfort and every detail well taken care of made us feel at home. Host was very kind and helpful at all times. Definitely a place we gladly recommend and hope to return to. This Airbnb was really great. We felt luxurious staying here. It was an easy checkin for a late night, they provided a secure code and the building and surrounding areas were very safe. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi which had food service as well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Guatemala City. Easy to get to if you have a stop over and need to get to and from the airport quickly.

The condo is amazing, beautiful surroundings, in front of the pool and about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Antigua. Check in was easy, the unit was just right for 3 of us and the WiFi was extremely reliable and fast. After sightseeing all day in Antigua it was really nice to come home and jump in the pool or have dinner in one of the outside tables. Deann was an amazing host, always quick in answering any questions, friendly and very proactive in sending information about events in the area, places to eat, spas, etc. It was truly a pleasure staying at Deann's condo, we were sad to leave but are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Excellent place, very large, nice rooms, the entire apartment is very clean and nice, the location is ideal since it gets off in the elevator and the shopping center is located so it is accessible to go shopping or for food, I highly recommend it and the host is the best I have found in the app.

A very nice place with a view of Guatemala City. I definitely recommend it to those looking to spend time in Guatemala City. The times to other places are very short and the airport is nearby. We're grateful to the department team who were always looking out for us. I would definitely come back.

Staying here was great, this was our first visit to Guatemala and the check in is easy with great security for the building and very private, the pool and gym were great and if we had any issues or questions our host was very reliable!
