What a great place and a wonderful stay. I'll start with the house itself. It is located in a small condominio with a pool. The kitchen is wonderful, nice pots and pans, anything you could possibly need to cook, including the normal appliances. What's more, it even has a dishwasher, which is not that common in Guatemala. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the house, so no need to send out laundry. It really feels like someone actually lives here and isn't just amassing properties to rent out. The rooms and beds are comfortable, nice linens and blankets. The couches are comfortable and the TV in the living room is setup on a swing arm, so you can all watch at the same time, whether you are at the dining room table or the couches. What I really enjoyed though was the dedicated office space. It has a nice desk and chair, fast internet (which is usable in the entire house), and good lighting. What's more, it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the Mercado Central - my favorite place

This guest house was simple, but very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The photos really do a good job of showing what the place looked like which is always nice. Antigua is a beautiful city, and after a full day of exploring the busy city streets it was always nice to pass through the gate onto the private road which was very peaceful. The house was a bit tricky to find the first time, but very easy to access after that. The neighborhood was very peaceful and very safe feeling with 2 security gates that you have to pass through. There were lots of lovely flowers everywhere and the garden in the center of the house was really peaceful. The house is within easy walking distance of all of Antigua and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the central park. The people of Antigua were very friendly and we felt very safe walking around even at night. If you want to enjoy Antigua, and still have a quite retreat to return home to, then I think you would really enjoy this house.

Excellent location away from downtown but you can easily walk there and in 15 minutes you are in the park, less chaotic, the pool has a good temperature. The additional cooking service is very good. The assistants come daily to clean and that helps a lot.

Private entry and great location. Great place to stay while exploring Antigua. Not a ton of natural light and the bar next door can be loud on weekends but it quiets down after midnight. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again! Internet works great too. I worked remotely for 5 days while staying here. Took video calls with no problem.

Great stay. Close to Antigua but not directly in the busy area which was great during Semana Santa when the area was very busy. The place was quiet and in a private community which helped you feel safe. Would stay here again. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

We visited the house with my family and everything seemed excellent. It has a spacious kitchen with all the utensils to make any type of food. I definitely recommend this home to the entire Airbnb community.

We loved our stay here for Semana Santa! It was easy to walk around but far enough away to be quiet. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. When we come back to Antigua we will book Ana's place again.

Like home away from home. Attention to detail with thoughtful touches adds to the comfortableness of the room. I appreciated the peace and quiet at night as well. Located in a secure community complex, it’s close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying with Sonia and Alfredo who are welcoming hosts.

Timo’s place was the perfect location! It was walkable from the bustling area of the Center of Antigua but it’s away from the loudness and business so we were able to have some peace and quiet after a full day of walking and exploring the area. Timo and his team were responsive and accessible. The staff working that we interacted with were polite and friendly. The AirBnb cabin itself was cozy and just right for two people. It’s nestled in a private and serene area with a beautiful view of the mountain. They also had a convenient way to store luggages before/after check in/out and a self serve laundry. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We chose Angelita's apartment, because we thought it was a reasonable price and it looked very cozy in the photos. Our stay was super comfortable, the place was very clean, new with very nice details, even though in Alotenango it is 15-20 minutes away by car for Antigua, we rated it as a good place to spend the weekend. It has a lovely view from the back garden of the volcanoes!

The community is big and needs a bit of a look, but Alex always gives immediate assistance

I had such a peaceful stay at Cynthia & Alejandro’s Airbnb. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The garden was beautiful and I loved the decorations. Just a few minutos away from Antigua and surrounding towns! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Margarita. The neighborhood is so peaceful, and we felt very safe. The home itself is in pristine condition and even nicer than the photos in person. Additionally, the added bonus of having access to a washer and dryer was really great. Les was a very kind, responsive host, and if we ever return to Antigua, we would love to stay at Casa Margarita again.

We loved staying at Maria Isabel's casitas. The place is beautiful and very nicely located within La Antigua. It has a beautiful and spacious garden. A very quiet place, but very close to everything important in the city. We'd love to come back!
