The place surprised us. I went with my wife to spend the holiday and it was a pleasant surprise. Very well decorated, clean and well-equipped space. Tomás was very helpful and left us with that feeling of “being at home.” Beautiful location, surrounded by nature. We wake up with the birds every day!

The apartment is as good as all the others in the complex, we've been to others before. The amenities of the place in terms of the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath are excellent. The apartment has a large sofa bed and a bedroom with a bed. It doesn't have a dryer, just a washing machine, and the host, despite the fact that we stayed several days, only gave us one towel each, which was certainly a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, the place is very good. Recommended (bring towels)

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Our stay was extremely pleasant. António and Duda are always very helpful, the location is excellent and the house can be used for both fun activities and a more relaxed program. Definitely a place to go back to.

After 10 years of living in São Paulo, our family spent our final week at Mary’s place — and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our time here. Her home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, making us feel completely at ease, just like being in our own home. The bedding was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the large washer and dryer were incredibly convenient. We also loved being within walking distance of great restaurants and bakeries, and getting around the city by Uber was quick and easy. All in all, it was a far more comfortable experience than staying at a hotel, and we’re truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place to spend our last week. Thanks to this lovely stay, we leave São Paulo with warm and lasting memories.

Márcia, is a host, kind, attentive and friendly. Townhouse surprised us with mimos, a delicacy of her! Replied quickly, gave us tips. The house is in a gated condominium, great location. All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. I've been there, really worth it, for the host, home, and location!

Check-in is quite simple, you only identify yourself and the doorman gives you all the instructions. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and in a great location in Pinheiros. The host, in turn, is an extremely friendly and attentive person. It's well worth the stay.

Wonderful place....paved street with night security, the house is super cozy, very well equipped, clean and organized, the outdoor area is delightful, the hosts are lovely, they gave us all the details of the house....we were very well received by Patricia and her husband....we will certainly return more often. I RECOMMEND IT! It couldn't have been better! Better than the pictures. The house is wonderful, they think of all the details. Mr. José and Mrs. Marlene was always available to help with whatever was needed! Extremely attentive, even at the exit, he presented us with bananas and some peppers! Kitchen and all rooms perfect and with all the necessary items! All appliances and leisure items worked perfectly and were in order. Paved road to the location, Google Maps takes you to the exact location. A place to relax, enjoy nature and enjoy a quiet and welcoming place. Anyway, it couldn't have been better! SIMPLY Perfect ... Mr. Paulo left us welcome with your kindness always answered immediately. After the reservation Mr. Paulo showed us the details of the house and tips of the City , communication was very easy to enter and leave the house with the Ordinance . The house is wide, very ventilated, comfortable beds, showers ok , it was impeccable with cleanliness and organization. House with all necessary items. Landscape and Wonderful Pool. We don't have to leave for anything from the house there is everything there. We had an amazing weekend. Gratitude for making our family happy🙏.

It’s a very safe and nice community, there is a grocery store nearby and two nice restaurants around. The hots is very kind to me, thank you Karen and Marcio.

The apartment is located in a hotel, with super attentive and responsive staff, has parking and the hotel receptionist himself checks in, hands over the access cards to the elevators and also the key to the apartment. Extremely clean place and the next day they cleaned and tidied the apartment. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

The house is a delight, quiet place, incredible skyline views. We got caught in a huge storm at night and had no problems, the lights flickered but came back immediately. The caretaker went to clean the pool in the morning. The kitchen is complete, we even made cake. We took our dog, she was super happy with the huge yard, and a white puppy from the neighborhood came to visit and played with her too, super gentle! Super recommend, we will return more often for sure. Just a few details, but nothing relevant for criticism. Everything was wonderful

Luciana's house is old, but very comfortable. We went in a large group and we all slept comfortably. Air-conditioning worked. Shower with hot water. Clean pool. The cleanliness of the house was great. Comfortable rooms and environments. Very family atmosphere. Luciana had flexible check-in and check-out. You've always responded very quickly. It was very kind. Great value for money.

Very beautiful outdoor area! very well cared pool, with a beautiful view (excellent for those who like to take rs photos). Alexandre's service was impeccable, from the closure by Airbnb, to during the stay! Always very polite and friendly, responded with agility and was very flexible with regard to hosting!
