Vacation rentals with lake access in Guarapiranga Reservoir

Undoubtedly a wonderful and very cozy house. All environments are very spacious and well maintained. Emerson and his wife were very polite, solicited and helped us in everything that was needed. They were very receptive to me and my guests. I highly recommend it!

What an amazing experience! The house is even more beautiful in person. In addition to all the beauty provided by the surrounding nature, the care that Vera and André have with the house is out of this world. Everything was impeccably clean, equipped (everything you need is there, really) and decorated. We felt at home like nowhere else (and our little dog too, who played non-stop). Vera welcomed us with great affection. André gave us all the tips on trails and waterfalls. We'll be back soon! André and Vera, even more success with the little house!

Spacious place, my family really enjoyed the pool and game room. We had a setback on the road, so it's best to follow Adriano's guidance exactly regarding the location. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant holiday.

We spent pleasant and quiet days. The house has all the infrastructure to serve its guests. The site was beyond our expectations. Beautiful place and full of peace. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely come back more often.

Alexandre and his son Renato were extremely helpful and kind to me and the rest of the guests. The house is very large and has accommodated 3 couples with great tranquility, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. One of my surprises was that, despite being a well wooded place and with a nearby lake, it did not have so many insects and pernilongs (only a few spiders, but on the outside, where hahahaha is to be expected). I would definitely stay in this house again, since it was perfect to get away a little from the rush of the city.

Our stay was amazing! The house is sensational, everything was in perfect order, very clean and exactly like in the pictures — in fact, the view is even more beautiful than we imagined! I reserved the space to celebrate my son's 18 years, from the first contact to Viviane and Henrique were very kind, the house is PERFECT. Our family and guests loved the house, which really has a cosy energy, a house richly decorated with everything you need. I hope I have other opportunities to book again .. I went with a group of friends and our experience was excellent. Place is very nice, cozy, clean. The very kind concierge and SR Wang always responds. We want to go back and stay there! worth a lot for the location too..close to everything.

It’s been great to stay at Nathaly’s place. The building is amazing with a lot of things to do - pool, sauna, gym, walking mini park. Nathaly was always responsive to us if any questions appeared. Was a great experience overall. Thank you

Renan is extremely attentive, flexible and always responded to our messages very quickly and kindly. Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

Excellent location. Exactly as in the photos. Very clean and organized. For the children it was great they were able to interact with the animals and walk a lot around the place. Local beautifully cared for well-cut grasses, beautiful gardens, impeccable cleaning. Marcela is an exemplary host. Super cordial and attentive. We gave several tips and always responded to any request immediately and with a good mood ! A differentiated person who likes to welcome people to your place.

From the very start, the incredible support from the owners and staff, Miguel and Diva, made our stay truly special. The place offers endless possibilities to explore, surrounded by stunning nature. The swimming pool is not only refreshing but also extremely comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax. The barbecue area is fantastic for preparing a variety of meals, from grilled meats to pizzas, thanks to the well-equipped area. We also made great use of the amazing kitchen at the main house, which provided everything we needed to cook different dishes with ease. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and provided us with all the comfort we needed. We are deeply grateful to the owners and staff for this wonderful experience, and we will certainly be back in the future!

Affective little house, the name itself says, affective place, of peace, of affective memories. For those who had a childhood in the countryside in their grandparents' homes, the place is reminiscent of this memory. Photos match the location. Cláudia is super friendly, she welcomed us very well, super receptive, she spent some time talking to us as soon as we arrived, we were super comfortable, an environment where there was only us. Everything we needed in terms of utensils was available, we used the barbecue, we enjoyed the outdoor environment. And the affection at dawn with free-range eggs and the rain cakes, we just have to thank you, we were very well received. The dirt road to get to the place is super quiet, Cláudia showed us the best access before we left. There are two lakes at the location, we weren't very lucky with fishing, we only caught one fish lol. But nearby is Mr. Milton's fishing spot, take it and go, where we spent a Saturday afternoon fishing, having fun. Next to it there is a grocery store where we get bread in the morning. I highly recommend it ☺️

Just compliments, the house was super clean and organized, zero smell of mold, the host very attentive and always ready for everything, super quiet and safe environment and we found the house even more beautiful in person, sure we'll be back again
