Quiet location, great access to the beach, the house matches the description and the landlord is very kind and responds quickly. We recommend it.

The stay was very good! Pleasant atmosphere, very quiet and comfortable. Everything was very clean. I found the internet in the room a little bad and I believe the check-in could be earlier, 3 p.m. is very late. Apart from these two things, it was very good.. I intend to return.

Good property with great accommodations! Dona Dóris attentive to the demands presented during the stay. To future guests, bring hygiene, cleaning, bath and bedding supplies. If preferred, bring Air Fryer and Misteira. The location has a microwave. There are some occasional leaks and tall garage grass, but nothing that interfered with or prevented the excellent stay. Suggestion for improvement would be pool heating. In summary, excellent property, good value for money and good people involved. Recommendation!

The place is dazzling and paradisiacal Everything was impeccably clean, with rooms, comfortable and welcoming. The bathrooms exuded a delicious perfume, and the fully equipped kitchen perfectly met all our needs. The location is privileged, with a stunning beach just ahead. The sea breeze constantly blows, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The balcony is an invitation to rest, the pool deck is a charm apart, and the gourmet area is perfect for moments of leisure and fraternization. The beach has excellent kiosks on the left side, ideal for those looking for waterfront comfort. The right side offers a smoother experience, with no kiosks, for those who prefer total quiet. We were especially touched with the affectionate details in the housekeeping. The rooms were air-conditioned and ready to welcome us in comfort, and the pool, extremely clean, was already waiting for us for the first dive.

We went in a class of 13 adults and 02 children and we simply love the house, every description corresponds to the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are considerate and kind, our class loved staying for 6 days at this home that is a true paradise.

Super helpful host, safe, pleasant place, is between the acquamania and the beach of Setiba, if your goal is to go to the acquamania or another place to these sides the location is perfect, in the neighborhood we do not have markets or commerce because it is a condominium, but on the move to things it is possible to buy, there is a BBQ aerial, network, the place is very safe

The stay was wonderful, Robson and his wife are very kind and are always ready to accommodate any request. The house is very well located, great for those who want to rest and want a quiet place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped, and very cool, almost no need to turn on the fans, it's so breezy. You can rent without fear, the hosts are wonderful and the house is a 10 in all requirements.

The house is very comfortable, great location, it has all the necessary utensils… bakery, market, barzinhos, pharmacy, it's very close. I loved it and recommend it!

Very nice and organized apartment. Host always responds quickly. Very kind condominium employees. It is a few minutes walk to Praia das Castanheiras. I highly recommend to those who wish to stay in the center and enjoy the nearby beaches.

Excellent! Exactly like the photos and descriptions. We really like hosting! The beach behind the building is cozy, ideal for those who like smaller/quieter beaches. Praia das Castanheiras is super close, you can walk there. Mr. Luiz was very helpful every time we needed to contact him.

We like the space, well located apartment, airy, spacious, we miss some utensils in the kitchen ( blender, cutting knife, pressure cooker) but nothing to hinder our stay. The super flexible host with regards to the schedules, it was worth it.

cristiane's apartment is very good, great location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant. This is the second time we have stayed there and we will stay other times if we go to Guarapari . Cristiane was very solicitous in everything . It is well worth staying there. Only compliments.

The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.
