The apartment is the same was announced and the condominium contemplates everything necessary to meet the stay if you do not stroll through the city one of the days. As it is located in the Olympic Park, it is a bit far away but to use transportation it is quiet as there are nearby BRT stations leading to the subway. The hostess was requested and served us with education and everything else. I recommend airbnb, even more for shows at Farmasi Arena.

First time I went to Rio and the experience couldn't have been better! Silvia is extremely nice, she helped us with flexibility at check-in and we always stayed in touch. The apartment is very conveniently located: two blocks from the beach and has everything nearby (Super Market and restaurants). It's very nice and cozy, and has everything you need. It's as it appears in the photos. I would come back without thinking and recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything Silvia!

Joyce's place was exactly as described. It was beautiful, clean and in a secure building. Joyce and Bruna were very communicative and responsive. they checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. The stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely book it again.

Stephane was always responsive. The place looked just like in the pictures. Amazing location, right next to the beach. Great options for food and drink nearby. Safe building with receptionist 24 hours. Enjoyed the stay.

Host always available and responsive. Location very well located, 1 minute from the beach. Building with a porter, great for security. Although there was no air conditioning, I had no heat problems in the dates I stayed, the maximum temperature was 30 degrees. I recommend and will host in the same location again. Our stay was excellent! Denis's apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, with a beautiful view and equipped with all the necessary utensils — highlighting the great refrigerator and stove. The place is very cozy and comfortable. We had a small issue with the bedroom lock and also with the shower, but Denis was super agile and helpful in the resolution. Another positive point was the condominium restaurant, which has live music. Denis always informed us carefully about the sights and menus of the day. I recommend the apartment and we will definitely return!

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

Rodrigo and his brother Marcelo are exemplary hosts. Impeccable apartment, everything properly organized, with towels for guests and condominium with great safety infrastructure, food, leisure area and gym. The property's location is also privileged, with exit very close to the avenue of the Americas. There are also some restaurants very close to walking (and also a market), which made our stay a lot easier. I highly recommend the property!

First I want to thank Diane , my husband and I love the stay , very clean apartment, I didn't miss anything . I recommend to know the beach with the black tip, it is busier and the sea is quieter , enjoy the free public transport to all places of marica and air-conditioning , I did not spend anything with Uber. Where Ap is, I didn't see only grocery stores . But I went to the center and bought everything I needed at the supermarket . The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

Perfect apartment. Equipped with everything you need, perfect location, close to the Center, Country Club, Arp Space and Olaria's intimate fashion hub. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Just perfect!

My first time in Rio and it was enough for me to fall in love with the city, we hear so many bad things, but I managed to see a Rio as wonderful as the music! I believe that everything has a good side and a bad side, big cities have problems but that does not define them. Rio de Janeiro is a place that makes you fall in love, I've never felt this way in a city, I hope to come back soon to see other places because 4 days was very little lol About the stay in this apartment, it was 10 out of 10, Luis is very good people and Edson (building manager) is a wonderful guy, helps with everything, super patient, good conversation and made us comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the condominium pool, but that didn't affect our experience at all. You'll find a clean, cozy apartment with everything you need to make meals and a very quiet neighborhood, we were driving so it wasn't bad for us that things were a few minutes away, and in the neighborhood there's everything too. Thanks a lot!
