Its a comfortable place. Jeffery respondes quickly. Only negative was the wifi was not quite good enough for business purposes.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday at Dina's place. She was very responsive and accommodating through the Airbnb chat. I asked if we could check in early since we were coming from Makati, and she immediately said yes without hesitation. The air-conditioning in each room was excellent, making the place extra comfortable and relaxing. Overall, we had so much fun and would definitely love to come back. The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

It was a quick stay but it was really good as we needed a couple of rooms together in one place. The place is clean and it was quite easy to communicate with the host. Location is also good as it is quiet but very near places of interest.

We had the most memorable stay at Villa Alaia, mostly because of how truly dog-friendly the place is. Our four furbabies got to play, run and sniff to their hearts' content around the property and inside the house, and got to swim for the first time in their lives. The whole place felt safe and secure and has a nice view of a farm and Mt. Arayat. We were able to use the amenities included in the listing. I hope to come back soon just so I can swim with our furbabies again. Thanks, Claire and kuya Roland, for the wonderful experience.

Felt right at home! ❤️ I booked this place coz we have an event near their home so it was easier for my team to go to the event place any time of the day. Great place to stay! The place was clean and looks as advertised. The managers of the place give clear instructions and communicate well, making the check in and check out go smoothly.

The place allowed us to have a comfortable stay and had all the essentials for an overnight trip. Suggest to just add hangers inside the cabinet and a non-slip bath mat inside the bathroom. One tiny detail I wish that could be reconsidered is having plastic cover on the mattress underneath the bedsheet. But linens and bath towels smelled freshly laundered, which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience here!

Helpful, Responsive and accommodating

The place is neat and accessible. Though it is connected to the main house, I enjoyed the privacy and comfort of the unit. One of the best finds in Malolos as it is affordable. The host is approachable and friendly. Will definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the house. Pool was clean. Rooms were spacious and the aircon was very cold. Cooking and dining utensils were readily available. Parking is secure. Bert was very helpful during our stay. We'll definitely consider booking the place again if we do come back to Clark. Thank you for accommodating our family!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

First off, Sherwin, the host was a joy to deal with. He is very accommodating even beyond the scope of normal hosting duties. He had helpful recommendations. The house is impeccable and the backyard being the best feature. Very enjoyable stay, we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! The place is very spacious especially the bathroom/toilet. The place is a bit far but it is usualy the same with all other airbnbs because of how Pampanga’s landscape. I’d say you really need a ride when you stay in Pampanga airbnbs but the subdivision that this airbnb is in has most stores for necessities. Check in was a breeze and they provided accruate information. The price is not justified BECAUSE I THINK THEY SHOULD CHARGE MORE because of how nice the place is :). But I’m not complaining 😏 Good parking area, good water and airconditioning. Beds are very clean. Complete amenities. Will book again if I visit Pampanga. ✨✨
