It is about 45 m2, includes a large bedroom with TV, storage space, kitchen area and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. All the space is open, there is no separation between the bedroom and the kitchenette. The terrace is oriented East, very pleasant in summer. It overlooks the 3.50 m octagonal swimming pool.
