Vacation rentals with a patio in Grižane-Belgrad

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Mihaela's apartment and felt right at home. It is very clean, beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. The highlight is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. We would come back.

We spent a week at Anja's place with our two girls (17 and 19 years). The apartment is as described in the pictures and has a nice little terrace. However, the apartment is located directly on the street, which did not bother us. The apartment is well equipped, everything important is available and everything worked. In 5 min. you were on the beach, which was very pleasant, as the section is not very wide and therefore cannot accommodate crowds. If you want to throw yourself into the hustle and bustle, it is easily accessible on foot along the promenade, where you will also find beautiful but very full stretches of beach. The center of Crikvenica was a 15-20 minute walk away. Anja was a very nice host and responded immediately to requests. She personally welcomed us and also said goodbye with a small gift. We enjoyed it very much and we will be back!

Domagoj was always helpful and responsive, the apartment was even better than pictures🥹 The location is close to a brilliant restaurant, beautiful seashore and supermarket. I’ll definitely miss it and return to this lovely place❤️

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. It was a really nice house and I felt happy from the moment I arrived! I've stayed at a lot of BNBs, but I don't know of a place as great as this. It's clean, with humorous and tasteful furniture and accessories, and has everything you need. In addition, there are wonderful views, beautiful starry skies, the sound of insects in the silence of the night, the incomparable splendor of the morning sun, and countless opportunities for healing. Most importantly, the warm welcome from the host and the friendly neighbors made us feel like we were naturally welcomed, which enriched our trip. The host must take good care of the house.I think that's why I feel this is so wonderful. Highly recommended for those who want to heal their bodies and minds tired from work and the city.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

A little gem on the coast near Senj, with fantastic views of the island of KrK. We spent wonderful warm autumn days with the family (6 adults) in the great house with the two separate units, everything inside and outside was great! Ivan picked us up on the coastal road at check-in, was always available the entire time & really a superhost. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

An amazing place to stay with a stunning view!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Just a great place to stay and would stay there again in the future

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!
