Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grisons

I was travelling from Italy and was a good spot to take a very good rest. The house is exactly what is looks like in the picture, a sunny day relaxing in the garden is ideal. Adina was super kind and the house had all it needs!

We had an amazing time an Christians place! More than enough room and a gorgeous view over the town! For larger groups a good stay as there was also more than enough space to cook and eat in. The location is just a little out of the Center and quite a steep walk back up. There are public transport options but just something to be aware of. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Clean, large apartment, 4 spacious bedrooms, fit a group of 6 as we were. Central to area attractions. Nice homeowners are inviting.

We had such a lovely week at Guiseppe's house. It was very comfortable, and the location was stunning. The views! We came without a car and were a little nervous about that, but it was all so easy. So many hikes just steps from the door. Easy to walk to Sonogno for good food and more beautiful hiking, and there is also a lovely restaurant just down the road in Frasco. Also, the buses are up and down the hill very regularly and it picks up just a block down from the house. Only thing to know is to get any groceries in Tenero or in Brione.

We are very satisfied with our choice! The place was beautiful and refreshing, the nature relaxing and lush and the safe and pleasant stay. Try it is to adopt it! I recommend it!

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at this place and felt comfortable from the first moment. Serge proved to be an outstanding host, not only extremely friendly and likeable, but also extraordinarily helpful and always committed to our well-being. Right after our arrival, Serge took the time for a detailed house tour and gave us valuable insider tips for the area. His recommendations for restaurants where to dine well, as well as for interesting activities and worth seeing excursions were helpful. The view from the property was breathtaking. A special highlight was the hot tub, which was just the place to relax after an eventful day. We are sure this was not our last visit with Serge and in his fantastic accommodation. We can fully recommend this place and Serge as a host!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the area is pleasantly quiet. The kitchen is super equipped and the bed very comfortable. Katrin and Thomas are great hosts, they were always available for our questions and went out of their way to set up the apartment for our baby. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment is in a great location. Especially in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it has been very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

Great cozy apartment with a well equipped kitchen that was actually fun to use!

We were on site for the Biathlon World Cup Lenzerheide and the location was perfect for that, by bus we were at the Biathlon Stadium in Lenz in about 7 minutes. The apartment is quietly located at the top of the residential area of Vazerol, on foot you can shorten directly from the stop via a footpath. A great view of the mountains from the terrace. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed, the kitchen is also well equipped and in the bathroom there is also everything you need. The parking is in the underground car park (slightly above the apartment, not downstairs at house 11, as noted in one of the comments in French). Arrival and departure were very straightforward, and Marvin responded to us very promptly and gave us good tips. Thank you so much, we were already there for the 2nd time and can absolutely imagine coming back.

Check-in was very easy and was very well explained by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. We especially recommend the breakfast downstairs in the hotel! 😊

Andreas is extremely friendly and strives to ensure that nothing stands in the way of a great stay. Everything is well organized, even with a Welcom gift. Laax with its unique mountains and nature is a dream. If Peter plays along and you can stay in a feel-good oasis, the happiness is just perfect! The apartment is lovingly furnished down to the last detail; which really leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is clean, it has plenty of space and uniquely comfortable beds. The apartment has a very spacious layout and there is plenty of storage space for clothes, shoes, etc. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (lots of pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) Our children totally loved the huge range of toys. It is not self-evident to provide such a large offer. The bus stop as well as the cable car can be reached on foot in a short time. We will be happy to come back!
