The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunlit plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Three rooms have double beds and the fourth has a double bed and a single bed - ideal for families of several couples. About 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Lovely separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with cafe table and chairs. Shopping is less than one kilometer away and located in scenic surroundings. It is possible to borrow a cot and pets are allowed for a fee. If you have older children (up to two), there is the possibility of an air mattress. Surrounding sights: Løvenborg gods, Holbæk city, Istidsruten, Skjoldungene Land and more.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Virkelig hyggelig lille tiny sommerhus med havudsigt i bunden af Lammefjorden, 5 min gang til fin badebro(1 maj til 1 okt). Huset ligger i rolige omgivelser. Lille Terrasse som er syd/vest vendt Stor frugt have med æbler, kirsebær, blommer og pære som man er meget velkommen til at spises af Huset er af ældre dato, men fungerer rigtigt godt med opvaskemaskine og induktionskomfur og et 55” tv med chromcast Der er masser af brætspil og sommerspil som man kan hygge sig med

This main building of more than 400 square meters is located on a privately-owned family estate at the country side in Holbæk. The house has 5 bedrooms—with room for 2 in each. Extra fold-out beds available for additional guests. Beautiful large garden and terrace. The house have been in the family for 4 generations, and is the summer house of the owner.
