Family-friendly vacation rentals in Grenzach-Wyhlen

We had a brilliant stay. The house was perfectly sized for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The hot tub was huge and was really relaxing after a long day out visiting local towns and cities. The place was peaceful and relaxing and although in close proximity to the owners house, it felt private and non intrusive. The house is perfectly based for visits to the Black Forest and exploring Alsace which we have enjoyed. Very clean, air conditioning and beautiful surroundings. Would recommend and would stay again.

Ein sehr schöner Garten direkt am Fluss. Mit Grillplatz und vielem anderen. Super um Zeit mit einander zu verbringen oder auch um alleine ein bisschen zu geniessen. Meine Tochter (11j) hat es geliebt dort zu sein und auch ich wollte am Ende eigentlich gar nicht weg von dort. Ich hatte eine gute Zeit und habe den Ort bereits als mein zu Hause empfunden. Auch wenn es nur mein temporäres zu Hause war.

Wir waren 3 Tage mit einem Kleinkind da. Alles war super! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat für unser Kind schon alles im Vorfeld vorbereitet: eine Reisebett mit Bettwäsche, Hochstuhl (mit altersentsprechendem Geschirr, Besteck, Lätzchen…etc), Wickelplatz und viele Spielzeuge!! Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, vor dem Haus gibt es Besucherparkplätze. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden gerne nochmal kommen.

Nous avons séjourné à 12 dans le logement, nous ne nous sommes jamais senti à l’étroit. Chacun sa chambre et son intimité, cela est un vrai plus ! Lors des journées plus fraîches nous avons pu profiter du sous-sol avec table de ping-pong, billard, jeu de palais et le gros plus, le jacuzzi et le sauna ! Très bel vue sur la montagne et jardin très agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Jolie région !

Si l’occasion se présentait, nous reviendrons dans votre logement avec notre petit ourson. Tout était parfait, mieux qu’à l’hôtel. Grand appartement avec toutes les fonctions requises. Animaux (petit chien) gratuit, très rare.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, direkt wie zuhause. Bademantel und Badeschlappen waren auch vor Ort. Der Whirpool war ein echter Pluspunkt! Super nette Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis chez Marie ! Le logement était très bien et l'énorme jardin parfait pour occuper petits et grands. Je recommande à 100 % !

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem kleinen und ruhigem Ort der trotzdem viele Möglichkeiten bietet, schöne Sachen zu unternehmen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Alle Highlights (Sauna, Aufgüsse, Ofen inkl. Feuerholz) waren preislich mit inbegriffen. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten einen super Aufenthalt! :-)

I had a lovely time at Robert’s place the location is unbelievable right next to the train/bus station for easy access and then its surrounded by lots of cool bars and cafes. The city centre is only a stroll away too. The place is very clean with lots of space and nicely organised. All in all I had a great time and would definitely return.

Florence et Frédérique nous ont très bien accueilli. Environnement très calme et agréable. Concernant le logement, tout est parfait, il est très bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Merci pour votre accueille et sympathie.

Super netter Kontakt. Alles wirklich sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war auch wirklich schön. Auch das spontane Grillen bei Ankunft war auch machbar. Gerne wieder 🥰

Jane ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation war jederzeit super. Das Studio entspricht den Fotos, der Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein 😊 Wir können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans "La Petite Maison". Gîte très bien avec tout le confort et paisible. Jardin très bien clôturé pour les chiens. Belle découverte de la région. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.

Schönes Häuschen im Grünen. Wir haben Verwandte in Rothrist besucht und hatten nach langen Tagen dann sehr ruhige Nächte :) Die Kommunikation und der Zugang zum Haus waren sehr unkompliziert - alles perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse ♡ Besonders süß waren Kamel & Esel in als direkte Nachbarn ♡♡♡ Dort würden wir immer wieder gerne immer einkehren :)

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Simone et Frédéric, l'équipement est parfait la maison est impeccable et très pratique et la piscine est géniale ! Frédéric a été présent quand nous avions besoin de lui, très sympathique et accueillant!

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end. Béatrice & Jacques sont très sympathiques et réactifs. Le logement est mieux que sur les photos. Une bonne adresse à conserver 😊

Good place to stay, extremely clean, very calm despite the train line right beside. The interior air is not well-renewed and the food smell keeps staying inside but it’s not a problem. The pool is nice. I recommend this place to everybody.

Franziska was a fabulous host. Very welcoming and really responsive to queries and advice before we arrived. There was food provided for breakfast and dinner (although we ate out in the evenings) and coffee, tea and biscuits! Also toiletries in the bathroom- everything we could need. Also very convenient location as next to the train station with a 7min journey into Basel and a 2 min walk to tram also. Made our visit for Eurovision 2025 even more enjoyable! Thank you

My husband, myself and our 19 yr old daughter had a wonderful 7 night stay here over Christmas. Isabelle is such a lovely and caring host. She had decorated the apartment so thoughtfully for the holidays making for a memorable Christmas Day. It was immaculately clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. While there were no wardrobes, this was no issue at all. There are ledges that run the length of the bedrooms and we placed our packing cubes of clothing on these which worked perfectly. As well there are hooks for hanging additional items. The village is quaint and quiet. We enjoyed drinking coffee every morning at the kitchen table looking at the view out the large windows and hearing the church bells. There is also a beautiful and easy 3mi. loop walking trail thru the vineyards/village accessible just a few minutes walk from the apt. We LOVED the nearby E.Leclerc Hypermarket for groceries and more. We would fully recommend a stay here!
