Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. It consists of 2 bedrooms (both of them have Satellite 32’’ LCD TVs), fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and espresso machine etc. The bathroom is nice and comfy with shower and amenities. You can relax in the overlooking lounge or in its private balcony. The entire apartment is avalaible for the guests. Close to the house you can find all kind of restaurants, bars, super markets and coffee shops. We personally welcome you and guide you throughout the house, giving you all the necessary help. The National Archaeological Museum is a few steps away, and all of the city's popular historical sights are within easy reach. - Very close to Omonia Square where you will find a Metro station (200m.) - Once you exit the building, you will easy find public transportation in Patission str. (buses and trolley) that will take you in almost all of Attica's destinations. - Taxis on the streets available 24/7 The 80m2 apt (located on the 6th floor), is brand new inside (renovated in 2018). It has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds) and both bedrooms have a Satellite 32’’ LCD TV. The apartment has a nice, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with shower, a separate lounge with double sofa bed, balcony and a Satellite 42’’ LCD TV and it can accommodate up to 6 people.
