Clean and new place and very secure

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

This is our favourite place when we visit Melbourne. We have stayed at Allan’s place over the last few years. It is absolutely perfect, homely and an excellent, modern unit with everything you need! Located in a perfect spot in Hawthorn East! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. We will certainly look to stay at this AirBnB if it is available. Allan is the perfect host, he is always supportive and of assistance to make your stay welcome and memorable.

Such a fabulous place to stay at. You shouldn’t underestimate how good the view is with clean swimming pool you can access to. This place is way better than what you saw in the description. Check the reviews and photos before booking as they are really helpful.

Great little apartment, super well located and easy to get to everything we needed. The building complex is lovely with an amazing pool/outdoor area and the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. David was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful when we needed to extend our stay!

Pramod is a great host. Super clean functional apartment above a major shopping centre and 100m away from the train.

Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

Loved the location. Love that there are amenities not always found in hotels (Eg cooking items, washing powder). Was really good with our toddler, the bed was set up and could cook her toast in the morning. Woolies is so close which was a huge benefit being a small family. Also was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The tram literally being out the front was so convenient

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the place for 5 days. Harvey was very professional and he communicated well right from the start of the booking till we vacated the property. Property was kept very clean and had good space and outdoor area for kids to play. Property was a walkable distance to shopping center. A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

Modern luxury house located in a quiet street which is perfect for me as I’m a lightsleeper. However, it’s quite far from Melbourne especially with the traffic. Linens and towels could be better. Kudrat is very responsive and a very nice host. She even prepared snacks and fruits for us on arrival.

The house looked exactly the same as the pictures. It's very new, clean and well decorated. We stayed during winter and the house was warm and comfortable with heating system for the entire place. The house is facing franston beach and the view was great. However as it was located besides a highway, 2 rooms facing the road might get a bit noisy. The kitchen has all the equipments we need for preparing a simple meal for a big group. Location wise, the house is located at mornington island and takes more than an hour to go city and yarra valley. However there are many attractions around Frankston if you do not wish to travel far. Overall we find the place satisfying and we had a great stay.

wonderful place to stay, I can highly recommend and Inwoukd happily stay again or book for family and friends. Yanina is a wonderful host who communicate well and was clear and detailed with any instructions. the location was nice private and quiet neighbourhood. it was so lovely for the yard to have real grass and some beautiful indoor plants. the back yard feel very homely with a beautiful passion fruit that goes all along the bavk fence table chair BBQ hammock fantastic to do morning or afternoon yoga there where a lot of little things that had been thought about like the home being set up with kitchen items for Easter and western cooking, a mix of board games, cleaning and laundry items, extra blanks , pillows towels, there was a place for everything and everything in its place. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again. Thank you Yanina
