The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Deep Creek Tiny House is located on the traditional land of the Kaurna/Ngarrindjeri people, adjacent to the stunning Deep Creek National Park, on the southern-most tip of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

The Ultimate Retro Beach Shack

Our beach shack is located approximately 10km from the centre of Bremer Bay town and overlooks Short Beach. You can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes and views from the house are some of the best on the whole peninsula. PLEASE NOTE: We only take bookings 6 months in advance as this is our family holiday home. If the calendar appears booked out beyond this point, it's because we're not taking bookings yet. Please don't ask to reserve spots further in advance than this.

Billa Billa Farm Cottages.

We have four, spacious and very comfortable self-contained 2 bedroom cottages. Each cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds, all bedding and bath towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and fridge. A wood fire located in the open plan lounge room and dining area and a private verandah with an outdoor setting and barbeque overlooking the dam and valley.
