Filip's room was as described and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Some lovely additional touches such as home-made sweets and sparkling water were much appreciated. Set back between the seafront promenade and the main street - the location is very peaceful and only a 15 minute walk to the Herceg Novi Old Town. Filip's directions to find the accommodation from the main street were very helpful - and his father very kindly met me at the gate to show me the way which might have been otherwise a little confusing! Filip confirmed our booking and got in touch very swiftly. He also very kindly helped us with an airport transfer service recommendation that made crossing the Croatian border relaxing and easy (and was the nicest taxi service we experienced in Montenegro). Soap, shower gel and spare toiletry minis were available - which was helpful since we accidentally left ours in the last place! Another thoughtful touch which made our stay seamless.

This apartment and its setting was truly heaven. Watching the cruise ships and boats pass in and out of Kotor bay both day and night was a feast for the eyes. The apartment was a home from home with everything and more you needed to prepare meals. It was within walking distance to restaurants shops supermarkets and the old town of Herceg Novi. The host responded quickly to any queries we had and gave us loads of useful information. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Montenegro.

Very close to Old Town in terms of location. A peaceful location at the bottom of the sea. Clean and very convenient for 4 people to stay. She responded to my messages in a short time, we were satisfied. 😊

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

I stayed there for 4 days and Marija made sure I was comfortable. The Airnbnb itself was exactly what I expected and the view of the pool was amazing, as was the easy access. Marija herself was a fantastic host who always supported me when I needed anything. She provided me with info about the city and activities, and any time I had a question I simply messaged her on What's App and she replied almost, if not immediately All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

We spent 5 days with 4 people in this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The sea is visible from the balcony. All amenities are within walking distance. It is easy to park the car on the street as many spaces are available. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay which is appreciated. I would recommned this property 👍💯

The rooms were clean and just as shown in the photos. We stayed for three nights and had a great time. The back of the property provided access to the mountains, and the sea wasn’t far from the accommodation. We didn’t use the hotel’s swimming pool. Thank you😊

The place is very nice and is located in a very nice community with good views of the sea and the city. It's good value for money and the owners are very helpful and easy to contact when you need them. We highly recommend this Air B&B accommodation.

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

This villa is perfect for large groups. Every bedroom being en-suite is superb. From the moment of booking, the communication with Nikola has been first class. He immediately responds to questions and readily offers suggestions for the local area. Arguably, the best feature of this property is the front terrace which offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It’s also 10 steps from the refreshing water for a good swim to clear the head. There was a TV, we never used it! The kitchen and adjoining utility room contained all the essential items to stay in comfort. I would certainly recommend hiring a car although the local taxis were great. It’s about an hour to stroll into Kotor town centre which is a beautiful walk. The car is more to reach the surrounding mountains-top sites which are awesome. There are a couple of restaurants on the doorstep and they were fine but the real beauty is visiting the old town. For peace, tranquility, facilities and that view, look no further!

Beautiful airbnb - photos do not do it justice. Looks very new and clean, with all amenities provided. The host was very responsive, friendly and gave some great local recommendations. Would stay here again.

Second time staying at the property, great location and host. Interior and furnishing is on the simpler side but why sit at home if the sea is a few hundred metres from you.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

This is a peaceful area and you can get to the sightseeing by car. We had rented a car so everything ran smoothly. The house is very clean and tidy, the views are great. Milena put everything we needed in the house. There is a parking lot to park your vehicle. The house is as it appears in the photos. Milena is a very sweet host. When we come to Montenegro, we will stay here again and longer days

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

The apartment sits right off the boardwalk and the pebble beach is very nice. Beautiful clear water, and perfect to soak up the sun. The kitchen had most of what you needed to cook, but does not have everything. Several supermarkets nearby, and the restaurants are all reasonably priced with great food selection. Only an hour by car from Kotor and Tivat. It was an amazing stay and highly recommended!
