We rented the place to spend the carnival family and we were delighted! The place is impeccable: extremely clean and cozy, perfect for those looking to rest and have fun without worries. The facilities are very well taken care of, with a clean swimming pool and complete dishes that put us at ease. A special highlight goes to the hosts, who have strived to keep everything in order – including cleaning the pool overnight. It was a wonderful holiday and, undoubtedly, we recommend this place for those looking for moments of leisure and tranquility. Sure, we'll be back!

We love space 1944. Beautiful, spacious place with plenty green and nature. The children loved, lots of garden and grass for them to run and spend energy. At the same time that it is close to the city, to markets, bars and lancherias, it is more collected (site) with great tranquility. We'll be back for sure ☺️

The place is very beautiful and cozy, it has all the amenities you need, such as comfortable beds, large environments, household utensils, barbecue, etc. Everything was very organized and clean. Because it is a "cottage", the access route is very good, taking much of the asphalt path and only a small road on the ground. João was very receptive and took all our doubts. In short, a great place to get together with friends.

The house is large and cozy, well ventilated, with the necessary structure for a good stay. And it's in a region far from the urban center, which for us is great! We had direct contact with the nature of the place, made the trail to find the creek at the bottom of the property, we watched the stars at night, walked barefoot in the grass, and made the most of the silence that prevails there. We will certainly return.

My experience in the apartment was amazing! The place is exactly as in the pictures: clean, well decorated and very cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport and the north of Porto Alegre, markets and restaurants nearby, the region is second, and you can get around on foot without danger. Hosts Rodrigo and Luisa were extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help and answer questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those looking for comfort and convenience.

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

LOVELY! The apartment is beautiful, exactly as shown in the listing photos: everything is new, impeccably clean, well distributed and functional. The building is super safe, the common areas are beautiful and well organized, and the rooftop pool is a delight. Katia was absolutely sensational from start to finish, we had some unforeseen events during the trip and she always responded quickly and helped us a lot to overcome these challenges. Very polite, proactive and efficient, she made all the difference in making our trip to Porto Alegre unforgettable. I just have to thank you for the wonderful stay, we'll be back soon!
