the host is very nice and friendly! he gave all information about neighorhood. the room is good,especially lovely garden, and the location is good to visit messe. To U bahn, walk 15 min. To messe, only 3 stations!

I had booked the apartment for my parents, who felt very comfortable. Due to the location in the rear courtyard, the apartment is quiet, although it is located in a lively environment. The property is very spacious and stylishly and cozily furnished. Communication with Laura was very pleasant, all my questions were answered quickly.

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

A great apartment hotel. Wonderful facilities, clean etc. David was a delightful host. The location was beautiful and serene.

Hans was responsive and welcoming as a host. We were due to arrive on Sunday when food markets are closed, so he bought a few basics to have on hand. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

It is a very clean room and very good for a short stay. You can get everywhere from there and it's nice and quiet. We'd love to come back

I enjoyed staying here. It's on a nice side street that's close to many restaurants and public transit. The complementary gym admission is a nice perk. The apartment itself was very clean and well-organized.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

I loved Stefan & Jackeline's apartment! It had everything you needed and more, with a little touch on arrival. It was in a quiet area but with a restaurant, bakery, bus on the corner. Would love to go back!

My family and I had an amazing stay! The place was perfect and spacious. It was located in a perfect spot, it was so peaceful and beautiful. We were able to walk to local restaurants that had great food. I highly recommend this as a stay if you are visiting the castle or just the area.

Guillaume was a great host. The place had the best of all worlds: it felt like home, but not like someone else's home. The french balcony opens up to the street, one feels part of the neighborhood, and gets great air circulation. The Nespresso machine with big stash of capsules was a nice feature, providing morning coffee! I picked this place in part because I lived in the area as a kid, and felt back home again. Within a few minutes walk are lots of cafes and restaurants. The parking is very convenient.

Very cozy and nice house in a calm and quiet area, apartment equipped with everything you need, very tidy and very clean. We really appreciated the opportunity to be welcomed a couple of hours earlier and have found tea and coffee. Endereoz is very kind and helpful.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The property is located in a beautiful location in the Munich foothills. The climate and the fresh air were very pleasant. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and stylishly-modernly furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent sound insulation – you can't hear other guests or footsteps from above. Our personal highlight was the hot tub and the barbecue hut – we found the latter a bit expensive, but still a great extra. The service was excellent: Inquiries were always responded to quickly and friendly. Thanks to the good highway connection, Munich can be reached in about 30 minutes, which made spontaneous day trips very pleasant. All in all a highly recommended accommodation – that's why we give it 5 stars!

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

We really enjoyed our time at Christine & Sepp's. Great apartment with a wonderful hot tub in a relaxing, quiet location. For the children, the time with the animals was also particularly nice. Thank you for your warm welcome, see you again.

Great location in the center of Augsburg with a fantastic view. Very clean apartment with everything that we needed. Much appreciated that you could buy a selection of drinks directly from the host. Generous and accommodating host who answered swiftly to all our questions. Would love to stay there again.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.
