Location of the apartment was really good, perfect for walks with my dog Henry. Out of season it’s very quiet and perfect for us.

Beautiful place right at the beach. You can watch the sunset right on the balcony. Most things in walking distance. Kitchen is more than well equipped! Very clean. Would absolutely stay there again! Thank you for hosting us!

We spent two excellent weeks. We had a great time and were able to rest. We felt right at home. Mihaela and her parents were always looking out for us. They were very affectionate with our daughter and our little dog!! Mihaela's mother made us delicious homemade bread! It's a very quiet place to rest. The sea in the mornings is very calm. You can swim like in a pool. We also really enjoyed going for a run in the morning or at sunset. We had an excellent stay!! Thank you very much

Very good service and ideal location, however a renewal of the bedding would be to consider ( we felt the springs of the mattress) for the rest bed linen and cleanliness nothing to complain about , I recommend

Dominik’s place was a lovely place to stay. 5 min stroll to beach with a bakery and supermarket on the way. Also an easy walk downtown and no hassles parking onsite. Dominik and his family were very quick to respond to our requests and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The clothes rack on the balcony was a great touch! Thanks. We would stay again.

Our stay at the place was great. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location was great too. Directly down the road there is a beautiful stretch of beach and less than 5 minutes from the apartment there was a small shop with the most important things. We felt like at home!

The place is exactly as described and is definitely worth the price! The huge roof terrace with the great view of the sea is a dream. The rooms are all very large, clean and very well air-conditioned. The pool is right next to the property and even despite full occupancy of the apartments there was always enough space to swim and romp. The sea is less than 100 meters away. Everywhere there are direct accesses to the water, so you don't have to walk or drive to another beach. Two small markets are in the immediate vicinity for the most important things. For larger purchases, the big supermarkets are an 8-minute drive away on the outskirts of Zadar. Communication with Mate was excellent. An issue with the Internet was resolved within a day. If there is anything negative at all, it is the kitchen equipment. Here there could be a little more dishes (bowls) and cutlery (scissors, sharp knife). Great place to stay!

The place was great, really steps away from the sea. Perfect pool right under the windows. Look for the sea from the terrace on the 2nd floor. Everything was clean, practical, comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked well. I can really recommend staying with Mate and we will be happy to come back in the future.
