Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. It is easy to get to by ferry from Split and Dubrovnik. I can promise you a truly memorable vacation. David

Charming stone villa in Hvar city centre

Our villa is situated in historical city center, close to the city port, the beach and the Piazza. It has three floors. Ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, spacious living room and a lovely yard with jacuzzi. Stairs take you to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. On the second floor you can find bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a fantastic view on city center, sea and beautiful archipelago.

Holiday Villa Hvar

Old stone house, consisting 2 separate apartments, which we have completely and lovingly renovated with the highest quality materials. Every bedroom and the living room are air conditioned. NETFLIX is also availlable to our guests. If coming by car you have a garage space for use. You can reach the beautiful old town of Hvar and its lovely sights by making a 10 minute walk over the promenade and enjoying the weather.

Villa Kogo je moderno i luksuzno uređen objekt. Smještena je u mirnom djelu grada ,a ipak udaljena samo 2 minute hoda od glavnog gradskog trga i Katedrae sv. Stjepana. U bizini su plaže , barovi,restorani,luka i sve znamenitosti koje grad nudi.Gosti se mogu opustiti uz bazen s terasom i pogledom na prirodu. U sklopu objekta je i privatan parking.
