Soggiorno davvero piacevole! La casa è molto bella e graziosa, curata nei dettagli e accogliente. Il salone e la camera matrimoniale sono ampi e luminosi, ideali per rilassarsi. La camera con il letto a castello è un po’ più ridotta negli spazi, ma comunque funzionale. Sono rimasto felicemente stupito dalla cucina: incredibilmente ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per cucinare in comodità. Anche il bagno è fornito e funzionale. Esperienza molto positiva, fortemente consigliato!

-The accommodation was super close to the train station, it was very convenient to commute to Barcelona and back. - There is nice bakery across the street with super cute staff! ☕️🥐 - It had a lovely small yard. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning!☀️ - Rubens was extremely nice and helpful. ☺️ - There were two big TVs and a nice sound system which I really enjoyed during our stay. - The bed was super comfortable. - The cleanness was okay but could be better. 🚿🛋️🛏️ - Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer 🥲 and iron wasn’t really getting hot. So we had a bit of challenge ironing our clothes. All together, it was a very lovely stay and would definitely go back again! 😇🥰

We had such an amazing stay at Juan Carlos and Nina’s apartment. THE TERRACE was everything! Wonder place to unplug and relax after busy days of seeing the sights - which were all easily accessible from their location.

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is removed from the busier tourist areas but close to the Sagrada Família and Picasso museum. Florenza was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to our needs and questions.

Séjour au top dans le logement de Anna. Le logement au calme dans une petite rue, se situe à l’étage et est conforme à la description. Le métro est à peine à 5 minutes. La terrasse est grande et la vue est superbe sur le mont tibidabo. Logement propre, bien équipé, lits confortables et avec une petite attention à notre arrivée que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Anna répond rapidement au message et vous conseille sur les commerces aux alentours.

Our contact Judit was very responsive and helpful especially when accommodating an earlier check in. The apartment was in an ideal location for exploring the city’s main sights and connecting us to a variety of areas via the metro line. It was a wonderful home away from home for us and the terrace was a real highlight. We couldn’t have asked for much more!

Spacious for 3 people. Host is very responsive. On the ground floor and near by many restaurants and tapas bars. But we felt that the staff in those restaurants and tapas bars do not welcome us or Chinese. They pretended to not see us queueing up there and not serve us. Thus we have to go somewhere further to eat.

Our family had a great time in Miriam's place, which offers tons of entertainments for our kids. The kids enjoyed the toys at the garden, and they also took the bicycles from the house to the nearby park for some rides. Miriam is a very nice host and she prepared some special gifts for our family! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 4 days, Jaume was really helpful in providing a binder filled with recommendations, maps & bus and train routes, and taxi numbers to get around in Barcelona! We loved the outdoor terrance. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, a lot nearby cafes and restaurants, and even an outdoor & indoor shopping mall! It’s also a short walk from the bus stop and the train stations.

Me and my friends were looking for a stay in Barcelona when we came across this and it did not disappoint one bit. Monica is a lovely host which is pro active and cooperative make sure she know what time we are getting there and leaving to meet us and show us around. We knew if we had any problems or if we needed anything she was only one message away. The house is in the lovely and tranquil area of alella which has restaurants and shops walking distance away from the house and the neighborhood was friendly. The house was clean and looked exactly like the photos, the view from the balconies were unreal and being able to jump into the pool when the Barcelona sun was shining was also amazing. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a chill and relaxing stay in Spain, you will not regret it. Hopefully we will be back one day, it was a pleasure :)

View from the balcony is stunning in the evening and early morning. Worth the rental just for the view and having a quiet setting after a busy in day in Barcelona.

La maison est située dans un quartier de Sant Cugat à 5 minutes à pied du ferrocaril (équivalent d'un train de banlieu, arret la floresta qui se trouve en zone tarifaire 1). Et en 25 minutes vous êtes à la place Catalunya qui est au centre de Barcelone. Le quartier est calme pavillonaire et plein de verdure. Idéal si vous voyagez avec un chien. Ricardo avait d'ailleurs tout prévu pour accueillir notre compagnon à quatre pattes (gamelles, niche, balles de tennis..). La maison est sur 2 étages, elle est facile à vivre, bien équipée. Les draps, serviettes, gel douche étaient fournis et le ménage compris. Ricardo est très accueillant, il parle français. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Merci.

Fran est une personne très sympathique et accueillant,il s'est assuré que tout se passait au mieux pendant notre séjour et a été très arrangeant concernant les horaires d'arrivées t de départ. la maison était très spacieuse et la propreté était impeccable dans chaques pièces,tout était là,nous n'avons manqué de rien. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! le seul petit point négatif est le chemin pour arriver à la maison,qui peut être très boueux selon le temps,mais ce n'est qu'un détail..

Fernando is a good host, very supportive in case you need anything. His apartment has everything you need for living. Free parking is about 3-5min walking, but there are always available spots for dropping car. Mercadona market also close. What i really like is tarrace with some sea view. Communication with Barcelona is easy - R1 train is departing average every 15min and you need typical Barcelona Zona 1 ticket (current price: ~12.55 EUR per 10 trips) which is also used for travelling inside Barcelona city (metro, buses). Travel to train station does not take longer than 8-10min. Everyone from my group was satisfied about Fernando's place. I recommend it! Thanks Fernando

Enzo was a great host. He was super responsive and gave great recommendations based on our likes. His place was really clean and provided all the necessities. It was perfect for a group of 5. His place was well situated - it was super close to the Sagrada Família and to a few metro stations, making it easy for us to explore Barcelona.

My 5 day stay in Barcelona could not have been better and this is largely due to this beautiful Air B&B. The views are amazing! Sitting out on the patio for sunrises and sunsets was a daily joy. It is easy to get everywhere from Martin’s place and it is relatively quiet. Both Martin’s were very responsive and kind. I would most definitely stay here again.

Nos encanto este lugar, cerca del metro, no tuvimos nungun problema en movernos a donde queriamos visitar incluso visitamos la playa. Super comodo fue todo lo que necesitabamos.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Silvia qui est attentionnée, sympathique et réactive. L'appartement est grand et bien situé, à moins de 15 mn à pied du ferro, qui nous amène dans le cœur de Barcelone en 30 mn. Nous avons apprécié que l'appartement soit bien équipé, ainsi que les petites attentions de Silvia (dosettes de cafés, thé et bouteilles d'eau à notre arrivée). Sant Cugat est une jolie ville, calme et très agréable. Merci Silvia et peut-être à une prochaine fois ☺️ !

The location for the price is an absolute dream, just minutes to walk to the most beautiful beach and walking path. With bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas at our disposal we were able to explore the area and enjoy the beach, restaurants and parks. The grocery store is just across the street and the bus stop which takes you into Barcelona just steps away. The grounds have a neighborhood pool, restaurant and play ground. Very quiet and family friendly area. The unit is spacious and we loved preparing our meals and enjoying them on the large balcony. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The kitchen was fully equipped and had the extras like oil, salt and pepper etc. The hosts are very attentive and looked after our every need. Highly recommend!
