Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette charmante maison de ville. La situation était parfaite, au calme, tout en restant proche de la station de métro, des restaurants et des supérettes. La maison est totalement atypique, spacieuse et très lumineuse, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Tout était parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien. La grande surprise c’est que nous avons pu garer notre véhicule dans la maison avec un accès direct à la cuisine, ce qui était très pratique. La terrasse avec son petit bassin est Superbe . Nous y avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners avec une odeur de jasmin incroyable. Un grand merci à Paula , Victor et au papa de Paula pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Paula a été très flexible sur nos horaires d’arrivée, ce qui nous a permis de mieux organiser notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette belle adresse.

Wow, where to start. David is the consummate host and meticulous about his place. His passion and eclectic personality are evident in every fine detail. We loved the meld of high-tech touches and authentic architecture; right down to original Gaudi floor tiles juxtaposed with a super modern kitchen. We slept very well in the comfortably spacious bed and enjoyed the open bathroom set-up. There were so many snacks, confectioneries, and a variety of teas and coffees that made breakfast a delight. We loved the complimentary artisinal bread, yum! The home is well situated near Les Planes train station where it's a short 15-min ride to Barcelona. We fell in love with Sant Cugat, which is 3 stops in the opposite direction from Barcelona. There's also a super Saturday market at Vallderiex where you can have oysters and champagne, do some antiquing, and find the best fresh produce. We just loved this place and it's environs. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was perfect for our party of six. The mini supermarket was well stocked and close to our accommodation. The only downside was the taxi failing to meet us at the airport and not confirming our return at the end of the holiday. Sonia did manage to find a really good taxi service for the return journey.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très réactifs. Nous ont tout de suite conseillés sur ce qu’il y avait autour . Le logement correspond à la description. Parfaitement propre. Tout le nécessaire dont on a besoin était présent. Cela est rare de trouver autant de chose dans un Airbnb. En cas d’oublie il y avait même le savon, shampooing, gel douche…… tout le nécessaire cuisine était présent (éponge produit vaisselle torchons ainsi que des épices , condiments….) Logement agréable et très fonctionnel avec une terrasse extérieure avec barbecue, piscine tubulaire. Très bel extérieur avec plein de verdures, beaucoup de plantes et de fleurs ce qui conditionne un environnement très agréable à vivre et à regarder. Rien à dire de négatif sur ce logement. Tout était parfait. Nous ce recommandons ce logement et ces hôtes sans aucuns doutes.

We’ve just arrived home after staying in Alella for a week. What can we say? Trude & Miguel were fantastic from the moment we booked up until the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and it was always a pleasure to bump into them. We’d recommend taking a look at Miguel’s homemade food menu as his tapas were absolutely delicious. The outdoor space is great, loads of room and different seating areas to suit your fancy. Indoors is spotlessly clean and was a perfect size for us travelling as a couple with our young daughter. It feels really homely. If we ever return to Barcelona we would 100% try to book here again. Thanks so much Trude & Miguel!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war einfach wundervoll, alles war sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, alles war super!

Me and my family had the pleasure of spending the weekend in Villa Nova and it was just beautiful! The villa its self couldn’t have been any better we absolutely loved it, so bright spacious and decorated beautifully I would 100% recommend to anyone! I would like to say a special shoutout to David he was more than helpful and accommodating, if I ever had a question about anything even non villa related he was straight there to help! Such a lovely man and made the stay all the more lovely! Can’t recommend enough! Thank you!

The location of the apartment was fantastic! Being in the Eixample area is a real plus in Barcelona. Felt more like a local and had easy access to everything we could possibly need. The apartment was a bit pricey so expectations were very high. Mostly, those expectations were met with comfortable beds, pillows and linens/towels. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses and utensils, but the cookware (pots and pans) was not up to standard of a luxury apartment. Owner provided some basic provisions for our arrival which was a nice touch and very much appreciated! The bathrooms were nicely renovated but the master bath had a missing towel hook and the tp holder was loose and unusable. Individual AC units in each room is a real plus, and the terrace is lovely. We spent a lot of time out there. Overall, Carlos and Fernando were very responsive and helpful and I would stay here again.

The home was brilliantly located and close to a huge range of restaurant options. All the best places to visit were walkable from Jud’s place. We loved our time here in Barcelona ….. and got a good bonus workout every morning and evening up those stairs!!

This is a wonderful refuge - the townhome is modern and beautifully renovated and spacious. It's an easy walk to two different metro stops which connect u to the heart of Barcelona. (We bought the 48 hr metro pass which gave us unlimited metro use which was perfect for touring around the city.). The main bathroom shower is amazing - and lots of closet space available. We loved the big Krups orange juice machine - we bought fresh oranges at the market down the street and had perfect fresh squeezed juice each morning along with our espresso. If you're driving here - be sure to let the hosts know and they can give u offsite parking instructions for a place you can make a parking reservation.

It was a pleasant stay! My family and I enjoyed the location and facilities. It is near to the main attraction of the city (walking distance).

Everything was as advertised and other reviews reflect the property accurately. The location is great. Easy access to the metro and many places close to eat if you don’t want to travel some days. We didn’t really eat in the apartment, there’s no point in actually cooking in, the foods to good. But the fridge allows the option for quick breakfast , snacks and beverages. It took a bit to get on to the coffee maker. The only small issue and it had been mentioned before in reviews was a smell entering the building. It only was on the first entrance level. Once you went up a few stairs it went away. Thanks Juan Carlos, I would return.

We were very comfortable in Josep's Barcelona apartment. We enjoyed being in the Sants neighbourhood which was quiet with a local feel. The proximity was great for: the Metro, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. Also, we opted to walk into central Barcelona on several days and that was doable at just around an hour walk. The staff we met in person (Max and Angela) and Josep were all extremely friendly and kind. The outdoor space on the terrace was a bonus. The place was also vert clean and tidy and well-appointed. Would be happy to stay here again.

Fernando is a good host, very supportive in case you need anything. His apartment has everything you need for living. Free parking is about 3-5min walking, but there are always available spots for dropping car. Mercadona market also close. What i really like is tarrace with some sea view. Communication with Barcelona is easy - R1 train is departing average every 15min and you need typical Barcelona Zona 1 ticket (current price: ~12.55 EUR per 10 trips) which is also used for travelling inside Barcelona city (metro, buses). Travel to train station does not take longer than 8-10min. Everyone from my group was satisfied about Fernando's place. I recommend it! Thanks Fernando

We’ve stayed in a number of air bnbs in Spain and France, and Rob’s place is our favorite. The location is great. The patios are lovely. Rob was very responsive and accommodating.

L’appartement a en tout point satisfait nos attentes. Tres Propre, clair, confortable, chambre au calme, une grande terrasse avec vue sur la Sagrada. Centre ville accessible facilement. Hôte accueillant et sympathique. Nous recommandons.

Super verblijf gehad. Manuela en haar man waren erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Mooi verblijf met zwembad en mooie tuin. Je bent met de trein zo in het centrum van Barcelona en het ligt vlakbij het circuit van Barcelona. We hebben een top week gehad!

The apartment has stunning, unobscured views of the sea and coastline which can be enjoyed inside and on the balconies at any time of day. Walking up the coast brings you to a paved coast walk and Gava Mar for little bakeries & coffee shops. Bus stop 3 minutes walk to take you to Barcelona city centre within 45 mins. The accommodation is spacious and furnished as required with a well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mo's place is fantastic! Super clean and well-stocked with amenities upon arrival. Great location that is easily walkable to the beach as well as many local food/drink spots. I'd particularly recommend METL. So good, we went there twice during our 4 day stay! It's also a very short ride into the city center and taxi/Ubers are readily available. Overall, would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Luis’s flat. It was a great space in a wonderful location. Very peaceful, safe and walkable to much of what we did while in Barcelona. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Barcelona.
