Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grâces

Studio very well located in Perros Guirrec, good value for money. The space was very clean. Flexible check-in was very convenient for us because we were able to arrive at 10pm without any worries. Only 1 improvement would be a better mattress, as it is too soft and hurts on the back for more than one night. But otherwise very well!

We had a great time in Avignon. The apartment is very pleasant. We have shops and restaurants as well as the beach nearby. We'll go back. Didier is very friendly.

Our stay in Perros Guirec went extremely well. The accommodation is in a great location, the directions are very clear and the apartment is clean and very comfortable. The only small downside comes from the extreme humidity, which makes you wake up with damp clothes and fogged windows. It didn't spoil our vacation though. ☺️

Very good stay at Colette's. The accommodation is very comfortable, well-equipped and the sea view is superb. The green spaces surrounding the residence are well-maintained and very pleasant. Colette is very friendly and attentive.

Everything was perfect! We really appreciated the warm welcome from Philippe and his wife. They take great care of the hosts (kind attention to the welcome) and very kind to the children. The cottage was very clean and equipped with all the necessities "like at home", with high quality amenities. The garden is very well appointed with lots of children's games, garden furniture and very nice and flowery. We fully understand the success of this gite, which is amply merited.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at perros guirec . Joelle's property rental was perfect (comfort cleanliness well equipped and close to the sea) Let's consider returning to this beautiful area.

Very nice stay, the house is large and well-equipped. Just missing wifi and heating on the veranda for winter stays. Other than that, no complaints! :)

Charming cozy house facing a beautiful garden. The decor is very nice, it feels very good. It is a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, caterer, convenience store, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday mornings. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel , Perros-Guirec, island of Bréhat, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... we are not bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without a second thought!

Very good stay with Véronique and Bruno, very pleasant and bright house located on the heights of Perros Guirec in a peaceful area but close to the port and 2 supermarkets. We enjoyed the beautiful flower garden and barbecue. We spent 4 great days in Pauline Martial and Rosa's villa.... We were greeted by Martial who is very kind and kind. The house is faithful to the photos offered , very functional and very pleasant: it feels good . If you plan to come to perros guirec and its region do not hesitate to rent Pauline's property you will not be disappointed!

Perfect stay at Karine's. Charming little house in an atypical setting close to the chapel. Not overlooked. Small pleasant courtyard for a coffee or apero. Very clean and functional. I recommend for a couple and two kids or teenagers.

Very simple but sufficient accommodation. The owners are very discreet and friendly. Special mention for the cat.

This is the first time that we are also satisfied with a rental: beautiful location, cozy and warm apartment, comfortable bedding, more than necessary in terms of supplies, delicate attention and availability from the owner, what more could you ask for! We will definitely be back.

Stay at the start of the year, few tourists and that's great. Unfortunately, a lot of shops closed for holidays, that's the other side of the coin. Beautiful seaside walk to the village, beach accessible to dogs outside the summer season. Reserved parking space, it must be a real plus in high season.

The accommodation is very well located for exploring the various tours and hikes. This one is spacious, clean and with all the useful amenities for a stay. Claire was present on arrival and departure which allows for live exchange. We have very good memories of this stay thanks to our host, his accommodation and this beautiful area.

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

We were delighted to have stayed in this jewel on its rock, steeped in history and today enhanced by the many improvements made by the owners. In addition, the apartment is very well-equipped, nothing is missing. We had a wonderful week in this setting and found the calm and serenity we were looking for. And what exceptional views! Thanks to our hosts for their hospitality and great availability. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Beautifully decorated, functional and comfortable apartment, ideally located 2 steps from the beautiful Saint Guirec beach, coastal trails and shops while being quiet. Parking space is also very nice. This is the perfect place to explore this beautiful Pink Granite Coast!
