We had a great time at this house which was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. Beautiful well-equipped house for 12 people, very large garden that allows you to enjoy the outdoors, walking distance to the beach 2.5 km from Gouville Plage, very close to the shops of the village. Very friendly and responsive host, I recommend it

Very nice modern house with all the necessary equipment to stay there for several days. A quiet and peaceful place with horses as neighbors which is nice. We were hosted well by Thomas who helped us as soon as we arrived! All you need are big cups to drink a big hot chocolate in the morning but otherwise very nice accommodation, we will be back!

We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing!!

I loved my stay in Granville. The accommodation in the old town was great. A cozy apartment in old stone. And beautiful sea views. Super quiet environment. Not a sound. And a great apartment. I felt at home quickly. Very comfortable. In conclusion, my weekend was particularly successful thanks to this place.

The apartment is clean and well decorated, perfect for a family vacation. It feels good and the neighborhood is quiet. It is in a good location, close to the Cité de la Mer and many shops. Jim and Mathilde are friendly and responsive. We would recommend it and will be back without hesitation.

Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door to access the unoverlooked terrace sheltered from the wind is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

A recommended place to stay 😊 Antoine welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything we needed to know. We felt very comfortable right away The room had a beautiful view of the water and Saint Malo and also included the kitchen. The bed was also the sofa, which was pulled out for sleeping. The bathroom was also very nice. A small adjoining room served as a storage room for luggage, etc. The whole place is tastefully decorated and we liked it very much! 👌 We will be happy to come back! Thank you Antoine & Caroline
