We currently have an air conditioned one-bedroom cottage, a family room, two hotel style "deluxe" rooms, a group cottage and a Barkada cottage for larger groups. All are large, well-appointed and maintained in immaculate condition for our guests. You’ll find nothing quite like it on the island of Catanduanes. Our property is not an island itself, but you will feel like you're on a private island when your here! Use this site to reserve a "deluxe room." This beautiful resort is situated in a coconut grove on a golden sand beach where a swim in the warm waters of Carangyan Bay is just a few steps away from your room. An open area at the center of the property boasts a dining area, Tiki Bar, stage and kiddie play area. The resort property is extensive. Take a walk past the fish ponds to a mile long nature trail through the jungle. Pure and safe drinking water, right from your tap, originates from a natural, mountainside spring near the resort property. Location Carangyan Beach Resort is located just west of the town of Pandan, Catanduanes. The resort can be accessed via road from Barangay Oga. Restaurant We have as separate kitchen for the resort with a covered, open-air dining area serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for our guests. Many rooms have a covered patio where you may receive your meals. Much of the food is locally grown, raised or caught fresh from the ocean. You’ll find the fare both familiar and exotic, but always delicious. Deluxe Room A one bedroom, air conditioned deluxe room is available in the main facility. Langag, a Bicol term literally means a home or dwelling. This is no ordinary “house” but a quaint looking ancestral heritage that replicates the old Spanish ancestral house. The place is really great and very clean in a great location. Timmy and Kim took great care of us while we were in the island. They were always available and were more than happy to provide everything we need and more. Great hospitality service! We really enjoyed our stay because they took great care of us. Very highly recommended.

My friend and I had great stay in this place. If you are planning to go to Caramoan Island, this is the right place for you. The market and grocery store is walkable, perfect to buy some food before the island hopping. The host is also responsive to all our queries, and very friendly. Just a heads up that the place is quite far from Virac and other tourist spots in Catanduanes but it isn't a big deal for us. Overall, we love the place and the host.

Thank u so much po kay Host at kay nanay Lina. Sobrang friendly at responsive po sa needs namin. I really like how they took care sa unforeseen situation and helped us. 100% recommend. Walkable din sa market at kapag kailangan ng masasakyan, assist ka nila.

Kimberly and her Family are wonderfull hosts. Very patient and accomodating inspite I would ask so much questions and also edited my booking. Had a few conversations with her Mom and she was very cheerfull and helpfull and full of stories. Unfortunately we had some car trouble going there and felt un easy about the trip back as my car was not in top shape and felt to cut the trip short by 1 night and Kimbery was still very accommodating to our needs. The location was not easy to find so someone had met with us in the town and directed us to the place. Just be mindful that the place has a narrow road and just be careful with larger cars or SUVs. Overall the place was clean and spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The room is huge and can fit more people actually. Aircon was cold. Place is very secure and gated. Overall had a good experience at Kimberly's place. Would stay again.

The host is very friendly and her family... very responsive and very helpful. They provided all of our requests, they arranged our Island hopping, food, drinks, and others... the food was very delicious, and they served it nicely. The place is nice and very relaxing.
