Don Pablo is an excellent host, he was always attentive to the requirements and inquiries, he is a great connoisseur of the area, recommending activities and culinary data. As for the environment in which the cabin is located, it is a place surrounded by nature, it has a beautiful river a few meters away and allows you to appreciate the stars during the night, creating an environment of disconnection. It has a bicycle rental service to tour the area, excellent panorama. Special mention for the hosts Ninja and Bruno, very tender and loving. Place to definitely return to again.

The house is a jewel in between Pucon and the Volcan Villarrica. The pictures makes no justice of how beautiful the house is and it's surroundings. If you visit during winter (as we did for ski season) you will be lucky enough to enjoy a perfectly heated house which is something very uncommon. I am 100% sure that we want to come back to Levi's house and enjoy Pucon even more.

Alejandro's home was the best family experience I've ever had on an Airbnb. Starting with communication with the host, who from the beginning sent clear instructions on the arrival and use of the house, recommendation of restaurants and local markets, ways of strolling through the private woods (which has lagoons and waterfall) and even in helping to get a car rental in the city (it was a holiday and we had a lot of difficulty). Afterwards, the house is much more cozy and beautiful than the photo shows. A modern, well-decorated cottage that meets all the needs for a large family. Heater in all bedrooms, comfortable beds, automatic heating in the living room, large dining table, very well equipped kitchen, sauna, heated pool, a wooden jacuzzi… in short, much more than is expected from a “cottage”. But everything loses prominence to the nature of the place. We saw deer, rabbits, birds of all kinds and the MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF the VOLCANO. Iia back.

It was a great stay at Francisca's loft, very good experience. We arrived and everything was very clean and tidy, she communicated at all times to know if we were at ease. Nos relax and enjoy, we will certainly come back. 100% Recommended.

Very good experience staying at this place. It definitely repeats. There are two dogs that accompany you and are very friendly. Cristian gives very good recommendations and is very attentive to needs. Sandra gave us the very clear directions for the reception. There was good communication the whole time. The place is very nice, safe and you can feel that you are disconnected from everything. The road is very accessible and by car is very close to downtown Pucón.

Excellent lakefront home, the house was beautiful and had a private beach, Paula was a great host and was available in case we needed anything, we would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Refugio Pulli was spectacular. The place is much nicer in person, the cabin has many details that make a difference, they have to go and live it! Robinson is very friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived. During the stay, I was attentive to any requirement and welcomed us with a pickle. 100% recommended, it's the best place I've ever been on this app. It's close to Villarrica if you want to go shopping. If you are looking for a place to relax and have privacy, this place is the one. It totally exceeded my expectations.
